The beds were so comfortable, all else is forgiven!

The distance to the metro station was reasonable, but access to the expo was blocked and guarded by an unfriendly security guard who offered no directions to reach the metro station. This was especially unsettling after evening outings, as the gate between the metro exit and the hotel was locked. It appears there is a phone at the gate to call the hotel for assistance, but this was never mentioned by the front desk. Overall, it’s highly inconvenient for guests who prefer not to rely on their car to get around. Avoid completely if you can.

Check in line was long. Did not able to checking within a hr. It would take over another 2hrs to check in. Since I have morning flight, I didn't check and went back to the airport.

Arrived around 11:40pm . The lineup for reception (one receptionist) was out the doors , waited until 12:40 am and still in lineup that didn’t move , poor quality of place and service . Had to leave. Booked another option with difficulty (after midnight-different day) and left . Was lucky to find another place to accept me . (That was costumer service !!!) never again !!!

A lot of noise at night time in the hallway

The hotel itself is a bit run down but fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small. I would say to any visitors the hotel is difficult to get to, and difficult to get out of! Because it is so close to the exhibition centre, when that closes it becomes difficult to make your way back from any public transport as the hotel is just on the motorway. I am unsure if we missed something on our visit but could not figure out how you would get through the gates after 7.30pm. If arriving by car/taxi this is not an issue really but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. Fine if you are just going to the exhibition centre and back then leaving. It is quite confusing on how to get around if not by car. The breakfast was good, decent selection and filled up reguarly.

The bed sheets was not changed throughout my entire stay. The edges of the small bed was dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely small, didn’t have space to set your luggage. Bathroom doesn’t even have face or hand towels and the sink was plugged

The restaurant was fine. On the whole, I find that the rooms are never really properly clean in budget hotels and this was no exception. The bedding smells faintly of male travellers. The pillows always smell like they're someone else's. There's often a faint odour of very cheap man deodorant. Some people clearly cannot smell these things, but I and many others can.

THE HOTEL IN NOT IN PARIS! HOTELS.COM PUT IT IN PÁRIA BUT ACTUALLY IS IS ANOTHER CITY! TAKW CARE BECAUSE I REALIZED 5 MINUTES AFTER BOOKING THAT THE HOTEL WAS NOT IN PARIS - ALMOST 50 MINUTES FROM THE CITY CENTRE OF PARIS BY CAR.ASKED REFUND NAD HOTELS.COM AND IBIS REFUSED GIVING REFUND

Literally in the middle of nowhere. The hotel won't even offer a complimentary bottle of water. Rooms are every small for 88 euros a night. With a small bed and 2 bags in, there's no space left for 2 people to move around Breakfast option was limited with bread so stale. Even the cereal offered was pathetic. Free wifi and hot water in the bathroom available. Staff was extremely polite and offered complimentary late checkout till 1 pm Very close to the Airport. Ubereats food delivery available.

This hotel is not a convenient location for getting to the conference center. With no back entrance to the venue it is a minimum 15 minute walk each way. The venue is easy to get to via the metro so I would stay somewhere else & arrive via metro rather than walk. Over 3 days I have wasted 2 hours just walking to the metro & back to the hotel. There should be a shuttle bus given the +300 euro cost per night.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this hotel. The staff here are unhelpful, rude and completely unreasonable. I will be sure to avoid this place in future at all costs.

Was a nice hotel just very far from everything didn't realize that until I got there

They do not serve global or hot breakfast. I paid for my breakfast for 3 and ended up not eating breakfast at all as all they served was cold ham and bread, no cereal, nor cooked breakfast nor was there any facilities to do them. The staff were not willing to assist in any way even when you offer to pay extra . 2. The rooms are damn to small, and you cannot move around freely in the room.

Clean room with sufficient amenities. Decent range of food served at the breakfast buffet.

Property far away from Paris centre and 20 mins walking from the nearest train station (trains don't run late into the night either). Taxi to airport was very expensive too even being 15 minutes near so beware of that.

The hotel was full of people screaming and shouting in the hallways. Banging doors at all times.

The hotel is on-site at the Villepinte Conference Centre, however from Hall 3 (where we were situated) it was a good 15-20 minutes walk. There wasn't a lot of signage to the hotel and you do have to take a dirt path which is not lit in the dark and can get very muddy (see photo - thankfully I had boots on that I didn't mind getting dirty). Unfortunately the only other entrance in was a automatic gate for cars. Overall the stay was good, beds were very comfy. The hotel gets very busy on exhibition days and so you have to put your name down on a waiting list for dinner. Staff were polite and the rooms were clean.

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The room was small and too hot but the A/C was already off for the fall so nothing anyone could do about the unseasonable weather. The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on in a hotel. Truly horrible. It was multiple layers of thin mattress type material that all kept sliding around and falling. Really bad bed. But free parking, which is very uncommon!
