Renaissance Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel

Our staying was very pleasant. Breakfast as described, fresh fruit and bread every morning. Very healthy and the service amazing. Front desk very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Friendly staff. I believe this propriety is over priced and should be a 4 stars at best. Rooms were not well cleaned and facilities has not much to offer except the location of the hotel. I had to call house keeping few times to correct their short coming. At one occasion I called the night manager but did not act till I went to reception. Even then he did not come out to talk to me or explain he just send one of front staff to deal with me. Very bad attitude.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, as it's located about a 5 minute walk from the metro. There were several restaurants and cafés within a 5 minute walk which was convenient for a quick snack or drink. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our room (family room - 2 double beds) was the perfect size, and even had a small balcony. I will definitely be back if visiting Paris again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful; the location was amazing with plenty of food options and a short walk to amazing shopping of the Champs. Uber or metro is easy accessible for longer trips to tourist sites. We would definitely stay again!

You don’t actually get a full view of the tower like the hotel room photos suggest, which was a bit disappointing. I was also expecting a bit more space for luggage—the room is quite small and feels tight, making it hard to move around comfortably. The shower was another downside; the design and water pressure made it a rather unpleasant experience. Overall, while the location is nice, the room itself didn’t quite meet expectations based on the photos and description.

Nice location by Arc de Triomphe; we had problems with coffee machine inside was broken, and noise- there is work zone on the back which made a lot of noises- our window was in the back. Overall very good hotel and a good stay.

Great place to stay, with excellent front desk team. Location is a nice district in Paris. Breakfast is full-filing and with large variety of food selection options. The property is in good condition, rooms are quite, and noise levels are low.
