Residence Le Belleville

I picked this hotel for a combination of reasons; price, kitchenette, and washer/dryer combo so that we could pack lighter. When it turned out that our washer wouldn't fill up with water and the technician couldn't make it out for a few days, the hotel completely made up for it by taking our clothes to a laundromat since we didn't have time to do that with our busy itinerary. I would stay here again and really appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk guy Zach.

The apartment is clean, comfortable for short stays in Paris. The small kitchen even has a washing machine. Service friendly and efficient. Would use again when visiting family in Paris.

We had a pleasant stay. I really liked the neighborhood It had everything close by, from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries, small cheese and wine shops to the metro and buses a few minutes away, which connected well to the main center Paris attractions. Very convenient. The accommodation itself was very nice and new, loved the bathroom the most as it was brandnew. The room decor decor was beautiful and minimalist. I really liked it. It was also very quite at night, which was great for a good night sleep.

I want to thank this property for being thoughtful and eager to assist when there was confusion over my booking. It’s good to know that in addition to being a comfortable place to stay, the team could also be trusted to keep their word. If you’re looking for a local Parisian experience this would be a good place to stay.

Our experience was amazing , the room was very clean and comfortable, so much so that it felt like our own home. The street was very calm and we didn't have any problems with any noise, the bed and the sofa bed was also very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful , they didn’t even charge us for a very very late checkout , (and a broken plate). Overall we would highly recommend this place.

Pros: great location, excellent cafe and boulangerie nearby, very good transport link. Efficient desk. Cons: impractical to have shower and toliet separated, toilet needs hooks for towel. Small apartment. Thin walls. No bowls for cereals etc. Some of this is easy to fix.

I love the Belleville neighborhood; it is out of the way and not the typical tourist environment but has its own character. The lovely Parc des Buttes Chaumont is nearby as well as great restaurants and groceries. This residence is excellent. Comfortable with friendly accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again.

A marvellous place, immaculately clean. Attentive personnel. Very good value - it was only just opened, and I expect prices will rise.

Check in was easy. Staff accomodated us and moved us to a better room since we were staying for 8 nights. Small but adequate for 2-3 people.

Good and relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back feel. The area has a variety of people and restaurants and shops and farmers market 2-3x a week. Some areas around the hotel were kind of sketch tho. There was a lot of graffiti and garbage in the streets, and homeless or otherwise challenged people which made us a little uneasy going out later at night or to certain areas. Be aware of your surroundings. The transit for the area is good, however, the main metro #11 was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there, so making transit plans took some extra time and manoeuvring. Not the hotel’s fault, but just a heads up to people looking in the area.

Newly renovated and clean. In very convenient location. The electric outlets need to be equipped with USB connections. Overall, a lovely stay!

We recently stayed at this apartment and love the neighbourhood and its convenience (5 minute walk to Jourdain station). The property is spacious and is thoughtfully furnished. Reception was super friendly and communicated to us effectively on how to access the apartment as we were arriving late. We also had a great chat with them the next day. There's a great Vietnamese restaurant (Pho Hanoi Pixérécourt) just round the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen an der Rezeption. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Résidence très agréable

3ème sejour dans cet établissement. Le premier etait parfait. Le secind moins bien : ascenseur en panne ,chambre au 4eme étage , quelques problèmes de propriété et d’équipement dégradé. Aujourd’hui 3eme sejour : ascenseur à nouveau en panne + chambre sale (sols et table collants, vaisselle sale etc...) Et pas de menage pendant les 3 jours, uniquement 2 serviettes de bain pour 3 jours pour 2 personnes, pas de reassort en thé ou café etc... En bref une prestation en dégradation constante et un problème d’hygiène.
