My stay here was very meh, from the beginning, the reception lady was not friendly at first , I didn’t get proper instructions for the room , it seemed like she just wanted to give me the room and get it over with , even while checking out , they wanted to get it over with , not friendly at all, my friend had left me a bag to with them to give it to me , when I went to grab it , the lady slammed it on the table . Not polite at all. The rooms are good , well equipped kitchenette.

The hotel is at a good spot. Far from central paris but it's very bad in terms of cleanness. There's no room service. There's no room cleaning and exchange of towels.
The reception doesn't understand little English.

The front desk was rather unhelpful. Had to pay extra for the parking garage when already booked a hotel stay and then didn’t even have access to the parking garage. Had to have hotel staff assist every time. They couldn’t even figure it out. Waited over 30 minutes just to get access to my car. Then when leaving had to go back in multiple times for them to figure out how to open the exit garage gate. It’s also in a separate building. Additionally the entrance to the hotel is in an alley. There is construction happening out front. Just a headache in general. The room was clean though. Couldn’t figure how to turn on the lights and you have to put your key card into this insert and leave it in. Strange. Just a weird stay all around. Didn’t feel welcome or supported AT ALL.

I would not book this place again for the following reasons which should be considered:
1. Location is very inconvenient from paris city center. I wish I had seen someone post about this. You have to take a bolt which is like an uber and its around 35 to 45 minutes one way. Do that 2 to 4 times a day and its a huge waste. Public transportation is over an hour and can be very confusing.
2. The staff is not english speaking. I tried very hard to speak french and be respectful but they were rude if any of my words were wrong.
3. There arent amenities. I guess europe doesnt use flat sheets on the bed. There was no lotion or bar soap. Only 2 thin towels. No water at all. We were dying of thirst and they said sorry no water and also no ice.
4. No dresser or drawers anywhere so we lived out of our suitcase.
5. Property has no signs telling you how to get in so we wandered around the property in the freeezing cold.
The only pro was the bakery next door was good and fairly priced.
If you are looking for convenience this place aint it. Id aim to get closer to paris center so its easier and faster and cheaper to get around.

These are the important items for me: cleanliness A ; room A ; front staff A ; breakfast buffet A and room itself A . In other words, this is a GREAT hotel. Lovely room with great shower/ hot water. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, crepes, pastries and fresh pressed juices. I'll be back!!

Hotel staff are friendly enough but when you tell them about your concerns, nothing changes. Our bed was completely 2 different levels, like a bunk bed. My husband’s mattress was 4 inches higher than mine. They warned us about making sure to clean all our dishes or they would charge us 45€ meanwhile I found a glass in the window, dirty, and all of the dishes were filthy. I had to wash everything before I could use any of it. There was no toilet paper and when we asked for more, they never brought it up. We had to go back downstairs and get more ourselves. The stove also didn’t work. It wouldn’t even turn on at all. Also, the air conditioning did not function properly. It was blowing some air but it wasn’t cooling. We ended up opening the windows which let in a ton of mosquitos. Pay the extra money and go somewhere. Lessons learned from this hotel and it was not worth it.
