Swissôtel Tbilisi

Beautifully designed hotel with a full breakfast. If I could modify one thing the staff would smile more and be friendlier. The reception area was very friendly.

Excellent stay at the Swissotel Tbilisi. Very convenient location 20 minute walk to the old town, very well appointed and modern rooms, and a great breakfast. The service by the staff was of a high standard as well, particuarly Mariam at Concierge. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to any visitors to the city.

What stood out most was the impeccable service — from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh local and international options, and the rooftop bar offers a stunning view of Tbilisi, especially at sunset. The location is perfect — close enough to walk to many central attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design, blending Swiss elegance with subtle Georgian touches. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for a high-end experience in Tbilisi. I look forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 15:30, staff was lovely and really helpful offering us another one. Rooftop terrace with two restaurants and great choices of food and drinks as well as nice view of the city. Good location with the short walking distance to the core city. Only down side is lacking of parking space, only a few spots by the main entrance, otherwise you need to drive around and find one on the street.

This is gotta be a 6 star hotel, one of the best experiences in my life. Staff was so attentive and sweet, the spa is incredible and the massage cost nothing for the quality. I'm so coming back.
