Had a good stay. Friendly staff, easy parking. Close by to what we needed. Shower door was broken but didn’t really make a difference. Room was very warm though even though the weather was cool. Couldn’t keep the AC on and with the window open it was too noisy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was pretty comfortable. Would stay again.

This hotel was a functional stopover on our road trip. We did not go into Stuttgart so cannot comment on distance. It was an ok distance for the Porsche and Mercedes museum that was our reason for this location. Dining out was limited although we did find Zoey’s just through the Car park which was excellent.

Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again

Booked a twin room only to find out we’d been given a double. Reception then told us there were no other rooms available, the hotel is very big and didn’t seem particularly busy. I reminded them that this is their error and that they’d failed to meet their obligation, this is no fault of our own. We were then given 2 singles as compensation for their error. No mention of additional costs at this point or at check out. I’ve since returned home to an email asking for an extra 344 euro!! This is appalling service and very devious too. Had they mentioned extra costs I would’ve asked for a full refund and went elsewhere. Pathetic from such a big hotel chain, they’ve lost my trust now, I’ll never use them again.

The service was excellent at reception and bar. Staff were very good and this stood out. Also location good as u bahn right outside. The property itself was functional. It reminded me of a work conference in university type accommodation. The gym wasn’t particularly good with limited equipment and couldn’t get the cross trainer to work.

Bathtub very slippy when using as a shower - really need to supply anti slip mats in the bathtub. Shared toiletries with however many guests had used the room before us is really gross! (disgusting)
