Clean and great hotel near Munich Hbf. The soundproofing of the room door and windows are so good. Breakfast is good and all the staff in this hotel are so courteous. You can reach the underground shops via the nearest subway entrance which has 3 supermarkets and walk to Marienplatz in 15 mins.

Good value option, with decent sized rooms. Gym is very very small but there is a sauna. Oddly the shower water went from hot to cold a lot, and the phone didn’t work for contacting reception (room 219). But overall a good stay.

Nice and clean, big rooms. Room amenities a little lacking. Didn't get coffee cups until the last day, sugars not stocked up, coffee stirrers taken away, bottled water only given once and told the tap water was drinkable when requested at room service. Odd. Also cleaners extremely loud, woken at 7am most mornings as they were bashing around cleaning the next room. No slippers or robes.

The hotel itself is well appointed but the area around the central railway is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault!). However, it is brilliantly located for access to the city centre and airport. The hotel is located in walking distance to the train station. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. For me, the fact that the bathroom has no door and a window that faces the bedroom is a no-go if you are not traveling alone. There is no option to have some privacy when being active in the bathroom, i.e. undressing to wash yourself.

We booked this hotel last minute. I was impressed by the lobby area which has an amazing view of a big book that gives the special touch to all the hotel because all the halls and rooms have authors and some extracts from some books. This is so awesome! The room was so clean and even if it didn’t have a great view, the staff were super friendly and kind and they gave us the check in earlier and gave us advise for first timers in Munich. The room was very clean and quiet, we had a queen bed and it was very comfy. The shower was separated from the toilet and the sink which was very convenient. There were many amenities like shower cap, toothbrush, sewing kit, soap, conditioner, hairdryer and so many more. I loved they left coffee and teas and there’s a coffee maker and some creamers and cups for chilling out once you get there. The room had two separate closets each side of the bed and TV. There is security box to leave important stuff. They clean every day and leave clean towels and do the bed in case you did not. This hotel is very near the station so it connects you easily with the city or by walking just 10 minutes approximately. My husband and me were very satisfied with our stay!
