The hotel itself was great. Very near to the station which was what we were after, the room was clean and tidy, though some of the flooring was quite damaged on the 5th floor where we stayed. We loved the decor of the hotel which was very well done. The only downside was that the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and walking back to the hotel in the evening did not always feel totally safe. This is not the hotel’s fault but worth thinking about if you are travelling alone. Staff were courteous and we were checked in quickly. They also held our bags before check into we could explore which was great. Overall, a good experience - it’s shame about the neighbourhood!

Wonderful check & check out experience with welcoming Silvio at reception, very helpful with tips for Frankfurt travel and sights. The lovely couple running the breakfast buffet were outstanding and always had the most beautiful breakfast set up for the hotel, we looked forward to it every morning. Thank you all for making our stay a positive experience.

The property is walking distance (one block) from the Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof and its connections to the U- and S-Bahn systems, so requiring a car to get around town is not essential. The flooring in front of the elevator on the floor where my room was located is in disrepair; otherwise accommodations were good.

BED BUGS!!!! Disgusting filth ridden MOTEL… they really catfish you would be pictures. There are holes punched in the wall, floor boards coming up, and worst of all, bedbugs! And when I left the Front Desk staff know about this on checkout, they said “well the person before you in that room didn’t complain“. Will probably because the person before me didn’t have sensitive skin and didn’t react as quickly. But I’m pretty sure they got it as well. I have multiple bites on my arms and now instead of resting when I get home, I will have to be sanitizing everything. No accountability whatsoever. Do not stay in this hotel unless you’re absolutely desperate and don’t mind getting bedbugs!!

I selected this hotel based on its proximity to the train station. My suggestion is research the area prior to booking. The area is dirty, unsafe, and is very loud! Street noise, loud music, people yelling…it was difficult to sleep. The rooms are dark, the floors in the hallway are damaged! The hotel has an unpleasant smell! The breakfast is below average. I found hotel staff to be uncaring and not helpful.

When we checked into the property, everywhere around us was people strung out and using drugs. They were shooting up with needles in front of the building. There was trash everywhere. When we got to the room there was water damage from the ceiling in the bathroom. The floors were wet and it smelled of urine. The toiletries were empty in the bathroom as well. The air conditioning did not work in the room, and you couldnt open the window to let in fresh air because of the stench and noise from outside. While i was changing, a man entered my room with a key while i was nude. I yelled at him and he slowly shut the door while watching me. Very unsafe and filthy hotel. The pictures advertised does not show what you get.

STAY AWAY! This property is truly awful. It's located directly within the red light district. Drug users everywhere, including directly outside the front door every night, a very unsafe area. The bedroom I had didn't even have a full length bed, if you get a room on any floor with the number ending in *14 you will end up with your knees bent all night if you're over 5 foot 9 as the bed isn't long enough. I travel a lot, and I'm genuinely not a picky person, I very rarely leave reviews… but this place is truly awful.

Broken light, dirty floor, not hot shower made our travel very hard. Noisy at night and unable to sleep. Smell owful time to time and the room was awkward to me. I understand that terrible environment around the hotel is not changble but these defect was totally not suitable for four stars hotel. Only good point was close enough to train station.
