The lack of trust coming from the hotel staff truly affects the guest's experience.

Does not have gym as advertised. Building is a little tired but good train links to the centre (U5)

I thoroughly recommend that you DO NOT stay here. An absolutely awful hotel, with frosty, bordering on rude staff who couldn't give a damn. The room is old and musty smelling, despite the window having been left open in the hope of clearing the smell, it needs a massive facelift here. The beds are cheap with bad mattresses and the shower head wouldn't face downwards and fell off when moved or turned on. The internet was so slow it was like being in 1995 and it was impossible to work on. They charged €85 and didn't offer breakfast. When I complained about the internet the receptionist just shrugged at me as if she really couldn't care less. There is, however a fairly good Greek restaurant just round the corner and an Edeka and Aldi right there. This is an absolutely shocking hotel that should be ashamed of the service and state of the place for what they charge. Life is short, so really, stay somewhere/anywhere else.

Hotel looks like stuck in 90 s ,,staff dont speak english a word .good thing is close to railway if you need reach Central berlin

Hotel location is rather far from city centre and hotel is very shabby and tired, needs serious updating.

we like because, was close to public transport,local restaurants okey, was had to find the address with the GPS, taking the reference from Expedia

Zużyte - zapadnięte materace, wszystkie pokoje identyczne, czyli business standard jak na booking.com a nie superior. Brudne zasłony, wykładzina. Brak wymiany ręczników i śmieci przez kilka dni pobytu.

Hotel too far from tourist attractions, although our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious

I never knew they put two twin beds together & called it a double. They could have at least put a double sheet on it, as the twin mattresses were constantly sliding around. They never changed our towels out once.(8 days) I believe the only cleaning that was done was folding our comforter(s) & taking trash. The local area was rather "sleepy." The steakhouse only accepted cash. Of the other two restaurants across the street, one was never open (8 days) and the other was open once. Keep in mind all stores are closed on Sundays. Staff spoke extremely limited english. Also, a huge inconvenience was you had to get a new password every day for each device you needed wifi. The room was huge. 3 large windows with a view & quiet. Tiny tv. They advertised sauna but it was not on premises. Parking was free & convenient.

Two night visit to Berlin. Best price founds for two individual bedrooms as oppopsed to bunk house accommodation closer to centre

Great location with all needs catered for nearby with regard to shops, post office, great bar with food and band on weekend. Train service excellent and approx 30 mins by train to city and Laundromat 15mins by train. Large enough room for 5 day stay. No aircon and was very warm and humid.

This hotel is near U bahn station (Hönow). It is about 3-minute walk. The room is clean. Free WIFI is offered but it is needed to be re-connected frequently. One supermarket (LIDL) is only 400 meters away from the hotel.

Everything was pleasant absolutely. The relation of a persrnal, the most important - a site, proximity of the subway. Breakfast in number according to the advanced order. WiFi worked well. I will always try to stay in this hotel.

Das Hotel hat einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt storniert, weil ich nach Ankündigung! die erste Nacht nicht wahrgenommen habe. Es bedurfte engagierten Einsatzes, um zumindest eine Zusage für die Erstattung der doppelt verkauften Übernachtung zu erhalten.

Gastfreundlichkeit wurde hier nicht erfunden.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, dass zur. Straße ging, das war schon recht laut. Ich bin diesbezüglich aber auch empfindlich. Ansonsten ist das Personal super nett & die Temperatur im Zimmer trotz fehlender Klimaanlage o.k. Ich komme gern wieder.

Super Preis & sehr freundliches Personal. Dafür, dass es keine Klimatisierung gibt, war die Temperatur im Zimmer gut erträglich. Wenn man ein Zimmer hat, dass nicht direkt zur Straße geht, ist es auch ruhig. Ich komme gern wieder.
