Very nice, yet affordable hotel in Duesseldorf close to the city center and the Rheinterrassen. Staff was extraordinary friendly and the entire place looked clean and in good shape. Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious. I almost felt at home after just one short stay.

Poor temperature control. Had to change room for very strong smell of mildew and very low temperature. Next had too high temperature and no hot water. Hot water was fixed next day. Too many things did not work properly. Uncomfortable beds. The hotels does not fulfill expectations from price and previous reviews. Very tight car parking. Not a hotel I would choose again.

I come to Düsseldorf every year for an event at Messe. Normally I stay in a normal corporate hotel but having now stayed at this smaller and more personal hotel I will be returning here. The rooms are very big although a little old fashioned, but they are clean and well equipped with a good shower and a mini kitchen. It’s a quiet area but very close to the tram to Messe and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was also good.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, allerdings führen am Eingang einige Stufen hinauf – daher ist das Hotel für Rollstuhlfahrer vermutlich weniger geeignet.
Das Badezimmer war modern ausgestattet und bot alles, was ich brauchte. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen – das Bett war für mich sehr bequem.
Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas vintage, aber alles ist gepflegt und in gutem Zustand.
Das Frühstück war für mich der perfekte Abschluss eines rundum angenehmen Aufenthalts.

Daterat hotell som gav öststatsvibbar, men renoverat badrum och fräscha sängar så det gjorde inget. Jag hade gärna sluppit heltäckningsmattan. Duschen var konstigt installerad så man fick stå intryckt mellan kran och vägg för att få vatten på sig. Städningen lämnade mer att önska, fläckar på väggarna i badrummet var där när jag checkade in och städades inte bort under min vistelse. Fläckig hemtäckningsmatta. Trevlig frukost!

Ich gebe in allen Bereichen 5 von 5 Punkten, da der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war. Es könnte im Sommer auf der einen Seite lauter werden, da direkt gegenüber ein Restaurant ist, der gut ankommt…. aber sei es der Empfang, die Sauberkeit und der Komfort im Zimmer, ist alles tipi topi.
Für den Service im Frühstücksbereich vergebe ich 4 von 5 Punkten, da es mir nicht gefallen hat, wie eine Mitarbeiterin ( die anscheinend das Sagen im Essbereich hat ) mit den anderen Mitarbeitern umgegangen ist. Ein absolutes No Go, generell jemanden zu erniedrigen. Das Frühstück an sich war sehr lecker.
