Hotel Schöneberg

El Hotel en lineas generales esta muy bien ubicado, muy buena limpieza cada dia, solo que la decoración pues es bastante antigua y seria bueno que renovaran el mobiliario en algun momento, ascensor muy pequeñito , personal poco amigable , eficaz pero no muy amigable

My room was one of the more budget-friendly rooms, and despite that, I still found it be one of the most spacious rooms I stayed in throughout Europe. It was a comfortable setting, with a large bed, a big sofa, a desk, and a big window facing the street. Wifi was also good. It was certainly more than what I expected given the price I paid. The only quirk with the hotel was the doors - there was no keycard entry, but a fob. Once the fob unlocked the door, I had trouble actually opening the door, as it was not a simple door knob - maybe it was just me, but I would recommend that guests from outside Germany ask for assistance in learning how to open the door. Otherwise, the hotel was situated in a pleasant part of Berlin, with many shops and restaurants. There were many Turkish restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as an Asian grocery store next door and a more general grocery store about two blocks away. The hotel is well-served by bus, and the nearest S-Bahn station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel (Julius-Leber-Brücke). The hotel is not exactly near the center of Berlin, but the S-Bahn serves Brandenberg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, and Alexanderplatz within about 30 minutes. While there was breakfast offered at the hotel for a fee, I opted to explore the nearby establishments. Overall a good stay.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice option. Convenient location. Would stay again.

This is a very good hotel with friendly staff. Our son lives around the corner so a perfect place of us to stay while we are visiting. The rooms are comfortable, and clean, bathrooms are good.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Easy access to different routes of public transportation. Generous sized rooms and the feel of a family hotel. Quiet despite being on a fairly busy road. The coffee/tea/snacks in the morning in the cute breakfast room are a huge extra. Definitely recommend for a stay in that area of Berlin.

Excellent staff and service

Hotel Schöneberg is a hidden gem in a residential neighborhood of Berlin. It is very close to public transportation that can take you to all the tourist areas in the city. When you walk around the neighborhood, you can experience a lot of rich history of the city. The breakfast served at the hotel truly get you start the day fresh.

internet connection was down throughout my stay

Visiting our son for the holidays this hotel was very close to where he lives. It's a typical European hotel with enough comfort to make your stay nice, bed covering were nice and warm and the room had a table and couch. The internet was a little difficult, but otherwise our stay was nice. Because of Covid we had no real contact with any other guests and only saw the reception when we checked in and out. Both times they were very friendly.

All good and good service. Only the mattresses were old and not very comfy, but no biggy.

The bilding share between Shonenfield hotel and another appartments. Old carpets. The bell in front of building not working so you need to call to the reception to open the door ferst time you arrived. After xheck in is ok becouse room key open front door as well.

A very nice property in a convenient area to get to most places in Berlin. My only gripe is that the door fobs are really hard to use for room 41 and I was constantly having to ask for help to get in my room. Apart from that, perfect!

room was very Nice and clean with portible AC but for the price it should have included breakfast bar which was excellent. Elevator broke but they fixed it quickly, Note really good for handicapped access with steps and not ramps. Otherwise a great place

Don’t be put off by the entrance hall and stairs. It is a little bit dated once in but very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The room was very spacious and spotless.

Comfortable stay, good location, friendly efficient service. Good continental style breakfast. Only downside: floorboards in our room very creaky.

Quaint hotel, right on Hauptstrasse. Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Others... not so friendly, but attentive and courteous. I would stay there again with pleasure.
