Everyone was so kind and helpful during our stay

The hotel was vey nice and clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast had lots of choices. Right across from the beach. Parking was easy and right in front of the hotel.

Beautiful, newer hotel. Attentive staff, however, the sheets did not fit the bed properly.

Very nice staff. It was a bid understaffed but all of them refardless how busy it was they were very polite

My husband and i had recently stayed at this establishment before. We love the area, friendly and helpful staff, property is always clean. Where this hotel is located, you can walk every night on the boardwalk to go to dinner, coffee and dessert.

Everyone was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Reception was above and beyond assisting in coordination of transportation.

Beautiful hotel right across the beach, centrally located to local businesses, yummy bakeries , restaurants, and nightlife. Restaurants and coffee shops are open late at night where you can see beautiful sunset.

beautiful location, very helpful and friendly staff. i travelled in april to avoid crowds and heat, but next time i come will be in early summer when it will be twice as beautiful. lovely place to stay!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the hotel itself is in a great location in a central region in xylohastro. The rooms are neat and have recently been renovated. Unfortunately our stay was tainted by a few bad experiences with one male staff member in particular. There were multiple unprofessional incidents but the most striking was on our first night. We arrived relatively late (midnight) and were attempting to sleep, a neighbouring room was being very loud, we decided to give them time to settle down (as we are not the complaining type). Two hours later (2am) the noise had increased with people shouting in the hall ways. We gave reception a call, who said they would sort it out. About 10min later there was a knock on our door, to our surprise it was the male receptionist accompanied by a group of males. He had brought them to us to explain why we had complained (completely unprofessional). My partner was outraged with the situation and whilst the receptionists stood to the side and said nothing, the loud guests could see how this situation was totally inappropriate and apologised. Generally day staff were very pleasant.

We stayed in May 2018 while the hotel was undergoing some maintenance work with partial scaffolding at the front and the pool was being renovated. The reception staff were pleasant but the hotel was fairly quiet with only a few other guests staying. The decor and rooms are modern and clean which gives a good feel about the place. We had a forest view balcony at the back which was pleasant to sit out on in the evening sun. The location was quiet at night and we were recommended a restaurant a few hundred metres away at the end of the road, the Tourist Pavilion of Xylokastro, which served a good meal. Breakfast was adequate without being exceptional. It is worth also mentioning that the stones beach had piles of softer material similar to sand but with stones included waiting to be distributed along the beach in front of the hotel which may improve the appeal of the beach here. I imagine this will have been achieved by the time the full summer season starts. I would certainly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

It was very comfortable. My mother got sick and needed a lot of hot water and the staff was very patience provided us. I think it would be better to rent out a electric kettle(pot). To level up even more hope the cleaning speed gets better and make sure not to forget the trash. Anyways, I would come back.

Good spot. Beautiful little pebbly beach out front. Hotel provides chairs umbrellas and towels. Renovated hotel. Good condition. Breakfast so so. Very quiet .....

Great location. Nice clean and small hotel. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff. Surounded by lots of restaurants that are within walking distance. Great place to start a vacation!

Spectacular views, very comfortable hotel with spacious verandas and nice rooms. Overall, an excellent deal.
