Atlantis Houses

Only staff was meeting us at the ferry and walking us to the property. Don't think i would do a loft again, didn't like banging my head and too many ants inside.

Difficult to find but other than a broken toilet seat it was nice clean accommodation. Good access to the beach and port

Excellent option close by all amenities. Be nice if someone would check in us during the stay, but I guess some dont like the contact?

The staff was really helpful and the room had a sea view, which was nice.The apartment was inconvenient for a tall person and there was a smelling of humidity on the room. Last but not least, the price of the room was higher than it should be, regarding the facilities of the room.

The location is great, the apartment was amazing! Had an absolutely great experience at the place!

Be very careful when choosing your property at Atlantis Houses, we booked and paid for our choice, a big apartment in the yellow house for our longer stay, when we arrived off ferry the men took us to the property and it was occupied by another couple, sold twice....we were told we were in dungeon style tiny dark studio underneath house.....this is NOT what we booked and paid for. The manager was called and was very rude and angry, tried to say we booked smaller one, i had my receipt, he said what do you want me to do kick the couple out.....i was very upset and angry after this was the highlight of our multi island trip. We had to stay in dungeon for 2 nights and when the couple left we got the property i booked upstairs for the remaining 4 nights, no refund offered or anything. Avoid unless you are happy to be palmed off with another place on arrival that you did not want. Very bad service and treatment.

We stayed in this accommodation 18 years ago and it has been totally transformed now. Very clean and fresh. Nicely situated but the chickens next door woke us at 4am. We were there early from the ferry but were allowed to leave our bags there before check in.

We stayed for one night in the Blue House which was perfect. The only minor inconvenience was due to the way Atlantis Houses are listed on Hotels.com. We were travelling with another couple and we both booked rooms in Atlantis Houses thinking they would be adjacent to each other but turned out to be at opposite ends of the harbour. This could be clearer on the listing

There was an excellent view of the sea. There was a tiny soap available, the mirror was broken in the bathroom, there were jumping black insects-fleas?-in the bathroom and there was a black ring around the toilet seat.

Very good traditional property with fantastic panoramic view. The host was very helpful and friendly.

This is a great property if you are a family. It has two large double beds and one single bed. This could be great for friends or a couple too. It's self-catering so you have the option to cook or eat in the port where all the cafes and restaurants are located. There are three good supermarkets in the port area. Free and fast Wi-Fi is available within the house. If you find steps or a fairly steep climb or need a wheelchair then this property should be reconsidered as it about 5-10 minute walk up a steep hill with stone steps. It's a worthwhile walk up for a great view!! The host of Atlantis Houses were wonderful!!!! That’s a great understatement. So helpful and very kind with anything we needed. It's a 10-15 mins walk to two beaches and if you are looking for a quiet place to relax this place is for you. You can walk in the mountains behind the house if you are feeling energetic !

It is not perfect, but if you are in the Greek Islands you should not be looking for that. However the balcony overlooking the port was great, and the room is big light and airy. I wish I could of stayed longer but I had to come home.

Loved the white house more than the blue. The problem was that I didn't take into consideration that my dad can't walk up stairs when I booked. Next time I'll be more careful. Good service from Kosta and the office.

Very clean. Terrace was shared so didn’t like that and hard walk up to property no proper paths or steps.

Great place to stay in Chalki. All AtlNtis Houses on the island are superb. Kostasa looked after us really well.
