Great location and air conditioning is fantastic. For the price in Grenada you get a lot. It’s barebones but unless you’re on your honeymoon who cares. Bed is firm, which is my preference, but fine for side sleeping. I love that it took only a 3 min walk to get to Grand Anse beach!

The hotel had a really nice view and the staff was friendly, the location allowed easy access to shopping areas and the beach. However, we was disappointed to see stains on our bed sheets, and low water pressure during showering.The AC unit can also be upgraded.

My room was uncared for, worn out and poorly maintained. I was given a broken closet, the other half to the door to the closet was missing. The closet looked worn out, with black marks and dust in it. Our bed wasn’t fully equipped with all the linens. When we brought it to the front desk receptionist, we were told they were out of linens. We had to wait two to three days just to get a blanket for the bed. We couldn’t use the balcony because they were dust everywhere, no one cleaned the balcony before we checked in. The tables, chairs and railing were extremely dusty. The bathroom mirror was rusted, with black marks all over the sides. Our tv did not work upon checking in, we complained, and was told we had to wait till the morning to have it fix. Even after it was fixed it still did not function properly. It was so bad, we had to book a stay in a different hotel just to get away from Seabreeze for a day. We left the morning and came back the previous day. When we got back to our room, it was left unserviced for 24 hours, beds were not changed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, nor was our trashed emptied. Lastly this hotel have no one there to assist you with your luggages to your room, we had to struggle to carry our luggage upstairs. Room phones are not included in the room so if you need any services, you will have to leave the room and go down stairs to receptionist. I will not be returning to this hotel, my money was wasted and experience at Seabreeze was horrible.

I didnt get the balcony this time, i dont like the ground floor but the staff was wonderful the room was nice and clean . But in all i had a wonderful time. I will differently be back.

The main road was under construction causing the dust to spread everywhere so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony and pool as much. The staff, especially Ms. Hanna and Ms. Sharon were excellent. They helped out a lot with information and great suggestions.

Overnight stay, location great, beach across street from hotel. Access to food places within walking distance. Great place to stay, even with a family. All amenities avail in room.

Only stayed one night, had a decent experience, no complaints, loved that there was a microwave in the room.

It’s the perfect place to stay when you’re going to be in and out of your room a lot BUT want to be in a good location. The location is the best. Right across the road from the beach and craft market. 3 mins walk to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The staff are lovely.

I love staying here. Rooms have enough space. Right across the road from the best beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants. It’s on the bus route. Staff are lovely. I’ve stayed 3 times. I’ll make it 4 and 5 next year.

The property was in a good area easy access to everything however the hotel need to do some upgrades the water heater was not working no curtains the water pressure was low .

We spent 2 weeks in grand anse and this hotel's location was perfect. We walked 3 minutes and we were on the beach. The banks and mall were within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We had a room with a full kitchenette which was perfect for having breakfast on our balcony overlooking the main street and the beach The hotel is old so do not expect luxury (needs a paint job, new sheets and pillows). However, it was kept clean and the staff was wonderful.
