The location is great close to restaurant & mercado, airport and safe for walking under the trees. I walked along way to the ruin (?) of a castle. The hostess is very friendly and useful. Breakfast is delicious and fast. I recommend to book a suite very pleasant room with stove microwave, refrigerator & king size bed.

The staff were accommodating, professional, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast helped me start the day right. I highly recommend Dai Nonni Hotel.
There were plenty of dining options within an easy walking distance, and stopping options as well.
Super convenient as far as the airport is concerned.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the close proximity to the airport. Also, close by are some good restaurants and Avenida de las Americas for a walk after a nice meal. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

We stayed here the evening of 11 February, it was a great place to get a shower and sleep for the night. The cleanliness and comfort of our room was exceptional, but we could’ve used more towels. For some reason, the front desk was adamant about there only being two towels per room and was adamant about this. Breakfast was acceptable, but with very meager portions….. likewise with coffee. The only other recommendation I would make is that they train their staff to be more proficient in English.

The room and staff were good but the severe security measures around the place were disturbing. This lodging was in a good part of the city. I hate to think what is necessary in the poorer neighborhoods

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located from the airport and sight seeing in Guatemala city. The included breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff even made us a packed lunch when we left too early to eat the breakfast. The only thing I would recommend is providing contact info for some trusted taxi drivers.
