The hotel was clean and staff were good. Comfortable and clean room, location was great close to transport,easy walking to shops and restaurants.
It was right on the waterfront, view was lovely.
We stayed for 8 nights, it was perfect.
We also had stayed at this hotel before, so it was a repeat stay.

I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids.

I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids.

My family and I stayed for a short 2 nights visit. Really outstanding time, the views of the harbor are incredible. Queenie at reception was great and welcoming. Overall It just falls short of a 5 star hotel.

The pool was great. The staff were happy to go out of their way for you. The view from the restaurant at the fabulously diverse buffet breakfast is spectacular. It took some time to get our bearings and it was a bit of a distance from the action of Hong Kong.

Beautiful hotel great lobby amazing view of the city and river. It was close to many things and close enough to downtown and the harbour if you don’t mind a half hour walk each way
The room was basic but updated and clean
The buffet looked great but we didn’t eat there as we didn’t want to pig out a wanted to go out for authentic food. Also it was rather expensive

I had a wonderful stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also enjoyed taking a peaceful morning walk nearby, which added to the overall relaxing experience. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, which is something I would normally expect at a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay.
