All staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic, close to Kai Tak stadium, nearest MTR station, and bus stops. Also, it is very easy to find a meal because we can find many small restos, mini markets, and shops there. Will stay here again when I visit HKG again.

Good location with local restaurant choices. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Breakfast buffet was for inconvenience, not quite worth it for the price and the choice of food.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is spacious and comfortable. However, hotel's mango afternoon tea food quality is not good and not so clean for I got stomach ache and diarrhea not long after eating! Besides the afternoon tea, my overall experience with the hotel is great. I would highly recommend the hotel. I would like to stay in the hotel again in the future as well.

I wish the shuttle bus service can have longer hours. Basically the last shuttle finish at 6:30. It’s not good. I would probably wish it would end at 8:30.! For tourist in Hong Kong nighttime is also fun to go out and visit!

When I checked in the clerks told me that the there’s the 40 some Hong Kong dollars charge for some kind of tax in my many many years with Travelocity every time when I book hotel, all the chargers are paid upfront, and there has never been once where I would be charged extra when I arrive
