It's great location. Very close to Prince Edward Station, exit E2. So many restaurants with variety of taste and value. Nearby is street market just like ladies market but this one is even cheaper. Hotel room is comfortable. I really enjoy my stay in Metropark. Very recommended!

Overall is OK. However, it was the first time they require storage fee of luggages stored in concierge . Took $80 2 suitcases for 4 days. This should be hotel’s fee service for the residents. Not happy with that.

I really liked the hotel, the cleaning staff made sure to clean our room every day. The only complaint I had was that the wifi is very weak at night when more people are in their rooms. Other than that, I would stay here again.

The staff were unhelpful to me when asked how to get to my room. No guidance were given and told me to take the lift to your room. I had never been to the hotel before and I was a complete new guest who has never been to the area before. On leaving the hotel on last day, the taxi booking to the airport was not helpful and asked for tips to the taxi driver even no service was offered. I eventually pick up a taxi on the street to the airport express train.. It was the worse experience I had for a holiday.

The room was clean and as requested, we got a pretty quiet room. However, to our surprise, the room was smaller that during our first stay there. It was barely space for our luggage. We felt remembered on our hotel in Tokyo. Very good was that the airport bus has a stop in front of the hotel. The work at the reception was much more efficient that the first time we stood there. The lunch buffet was ok; not really great but acceptable.
