The hotel was great. The room [was] really spacious and comfy. Located near the airport, they provided [a] free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, vice versa (5 minutes from airport to hotel). There's [a] nice pool, gym, and rooftop at the hotel.

The hotel room is nice. The service is good, even the receptionist allowed me to check in early. The hotel is within walking distance to Asia World-Expo, so you don't need to worry if your concert ended at midnight, since the hotel has a bridge that connects to Asia World-Expo. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can drive you to or from the airport. Overall, it's worth your money.

Strategic location near the airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport and to the Tung Chung MRT station. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, so if you want to go anywhere it is easy to access considering that Hong Kong's public transportation is very good. Also close to the Asian World MRT station (airport train). The service is also very good, check in time is less than 15 minutes, the room is cleaned every day, the furniture is also modern. Overall very, very satisfied and will come back again if I go to Hong Kong 👍🏻

Hotel's quality is certainly commendable, although the room is somewhat small indeed, the toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, and the washbasin is positioned right next to the bedside table, which is only inches away from the bed. I'd say the layout of my room is indeed a bit unusual, but it doesn't pose a significant issue for living in it though.

Gym facilities were good , overall staff were u helpful and very unfriendly- like is it too much to ask to be pleasant and smile - at check in I was told I booked 2 rooms even though I had only booked one - once the staff found out she had made the mistake (after requesting to see my phone and email) she offered no admission or apology- although she wasted 20 mins of my time !
