All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a man guarding the door who helped escort me to the bus stop. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The room was the same as the photo. Unlimited drinking water was taken outside the room. A dispenser was provided. In the lobby there was a vending machine. Selling snacks, food, drinks, and even shampoo and sanitary napkins were also available. The hotel is far from the crowd but has a free shuttle bus. So, we were taken to the Tsuen Wan MRT. There is a Taste supermarket there, I usually shop first before going back to the hotel. The duck there is very delicious. There is a microwave in the lobby. You can heat up food there. If you go to Hong Kong, you must come here. The room is big and very spacious.

This hotel is super clean. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. This place is quiet and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, has a small kitchen with microwave and sink. It has shuttle bus to MTR. It’s my favorite hotel in HK so far.

All the staff were so kind, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle going to/from the train station was amazingly helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially the boiled eggs which my daughter loved.

The staff at this hotel make it second to none! Amazing location away from the hussle of downtown, but the free shuttle bus to the train station makes everything so easy to access. We caught an uber to Disneyland, easy and cheap enough. The rooms were clean, with kitchenette and great views out over the water. We loved this hotel

Perfect stay! We arrived late at night, around 11pm and were worried no one would be at the front desk. There were 3 people there and 2 others at the front doors! Check in was easy and fast. The 2 rooms we booked were together as requested. Clean room, plenty of hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Good shampoo and soap, plenty of towels. Great view and close to the airport. Beds were very firm. There are only two outlets that we saw so if you need to charge multiple phones/items, be prepared. Fridge cold and AC working great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future.

Yes clean. I came in late and the restaurant not open. I was unable to use my credit card or Apple pay for food at the vending machines. Too late and too far away to go for food. The pool was closed

The room was cleaned every day while we were out, the service was amazing. The hotel was in the perfect location near the airport and Disneyland and was close enough to the MTR that one could take a bus or a taxi to it.

The hotel itself is good, but the staff could be friendlier. We were told not to use the free shuttle because we had suitcases and were strongly encouraged to walk about 5 minutes to find a taxi or bus, which felt a bit pushy. Apart from that, our stay was fine.
