This is my many times to stay at this hotels, it's easy if you want to go to Victoria peak (The Peak) just use 1 bus, and very close to Both Wanchai Station and Causeway Bay station. If you want to stay in the Halal things society, this is the best answer.

Adjacent to the horse riding ground, Dorsett Wanchai, Hong Kong is located in the Wan Chai Business District and a 15-minute drive from Ocean Park and Stanley. The local neighbourhood offers tourists a lot to explore. Hong Kong international Airport is 45 minutes' drive from the property. Free shuttle services cover popular spots like Causeway Bay Plaza 2, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, IFC, Pacific Place and Airport Express Line Hong Kong Station.
The elegant rooms have large windows, as well as relaxing massage shower cubicles or rain shower in the bathrooms. A flat-screen TV is included. Rooms that are renovated already (lower level) is ok but my sister booked higher level (3 beds) and it is outdated and carpet smells musty.
Breakfast variety is ok but not much changes for 5 days so get a bit boring.
Service overall is good from front office staff and comcierge. They tried to assist us as much as possible but service from housekeeping and restaurant for breakfast needs improvement.
First time ever in hotel when asked for extra pillow, staff give me one without pillow sheet and when she saw my face, she put on the sheet in front of me.
Good thing is the shuttle bus provided.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The biggest advantage was its great location, just a short walk from the metro station, making it convenient for getting around the city.
However, the hotel itself felt a bit old and outdated. The rooms were clean but definitely in need of renovation, with worn-out furniture and a slightly musty smell. The amenities were pretty basic, and the service was just okay—not particularly welcoming or attentive.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in a convenient location, this place might work, but don’t expect anything fancy. I’d probably look for a different hotel next time unless they do some updates.

Single Traveller. Expedia Platinum. I stayed 4 nights in the OSIM suite....I have stayed at lots of properties (including other Dorsett properties in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia)...this is the worst. Sadly, the staff are just unwelcoming and uncaring. I ask a simple question and get completely ignored. Only one staff (I think Victoria) even helped me at the front desk. The elevators are fine, restaurant is fine, the hallways are fine, shower is fine, bed is good, suite is fine....it's just the staff. I will not return. I will stay at a competitor hotel and spend my money elsewhere.

Between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai station - about 10 min walk. Safe area and lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Room size was on the smaller side but expected for HK City hotel. Gym was good - new equipment and quiet during mornings

We enjoyed our stay. Good walking distance to dinning and shopping. Staff were very friendly. The room left abit to be desired was abit dirty and run down and are rather small. Good size for a couple travelling for a few days
