As a VIP premises, there’s supposed to be a free upgrade where available but the room upgrade didn’t happen despite apparent room vacancies. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean and the free minibar is a plus. The location is not prime but within walking distance of subway station. A decent stay and there’s area for improvement.

The walk to the MTR station is quite far and involves many stairs, which can be a bit tiring. However, the service, room, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent.

This property is amazing. The staff are extremely attentive.
The mini fridge being free definitely helped with my busy meeting schedule.

Can’t say enough good things about customer service. By the time we were done with breakfast, the room had been cleaned. The free mini bar was a nice touch. Close to Avenue of the Stars. Stunning and modern building. Highly recommended.
