This property is amazing. The staff are extremely attentive.
The mini fridge being free definitely helped with my busy meeting schedule.
The room was ridiculous- big shower, great seating, super comfy.

The manager Daniel helped us with the upgrade of our room. He was efficient and courteous, offered a few coupons for free drinks. I can’t wait to visit HK again and stay in Hotel Icon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Can’t say enough good things about customer service. By the time we were done with breakfast, the room had been cleaned. The free mini bar was a nice touch. Close to Avenue of the Stars. Stunning and modern building. Highly recommended.

Have stayed in lots of hotels on business and for leisure - Icon is an excellent hotel. Super view of harbour area and skyscrapers from large room windows. Awesome breakfast in Market dining area. Convenient for walking to restaurant/shops & train network. Absolutely would recommend without hesitation.

This is my second time to Hong Kong , and this is easily my most favorite hotel experience. It’s so close to the university and museums and amazing shopping centers. Not to mention the light show at night. The staff is amazing and the massage company in the building is fantastic with plenty of options.

this is the second time we stay at the Icon, I love the location, it's safe to walk around the area. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel but we really enjoyed the benefit of having access to the club lounge during the tea time and cocktail time. The view of HK skyline from the lounge is the best. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant next to the lounge, we ordered dim sum for breakfast almost every day. I have an allergy to shellfish but the staff offered a vegetarian dim sum that was delicious, so I was glad to have a vegetarian option for breakfast. What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so visitors could catch the AirPort Express (even for price).

As soon as you arrive the service is out of control good. The whole experience was like no where I have ever been. If I come back I will always stay there!! Rooms were beautiful too.
