The room is spacious than I thought which is good :) decent size of the desk good for me to work from the hotel. Friendly staffs especially room cleaner. My room drainage blocked and they immediately settled my issue in the morning. Strategic location to many places including walking distance to Central, Macau ferry terminal as well as the harbour.

Generally hotel competitive if book early. If close to booking date, price jump and I would have good choice at the price. Transportation is convenient except it’s in the middle of 2 MRT stations which needs quite a walk. Food choice nearby is good. Hotel generally is ok but don’t like access to lobby

Extremely spacious room for hk hotel standard. Arrived early at 10am and was lucky to check-in the room immediately. Friendly staff. 5-10min walk to multiple tube stations. Very close to tourist attractions.

transport options are good. convenient spot. easy to get a taxi or order an uber too. bed is firm and i love it like that because it helps me sleep better. I think the shower space is a bit squeezy though. functional space. right next to yummy Liu An Ju (lok on kui) so you can get great food all day! there is also a nice restaurant in the same building as ibis. Starbucks conveniently on Level 1 too!

The room consider decent size for the price at Hongkong. The room is clean and there is welcome drink upon check in. Only 10min walk to mtr, 5min to airport bus or tram

Not my first stay and I always recommend this hotel to people.
Excellent service and friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping.
Good size room with all amenities.
Great location. Easy to find taxi, restaurants and convenience stores.
On my arrival day, I went to the hotel in the morning, wanting to drop off luggage only as I know check-in time isn’t till afternoon. To my surprise, a room is available and the staff kindly arranged check-in for me at 9:30am! I am really pleased with the special arrangement and flexibility!

bathtub driange was not smooth and I asked the front desk to fix it but when I came back at night, still had the same problem. I don't want water overflown, so took a quick bath for 2 nights
