Ibis Hotel is our go-to hotel when we explore a new country. The room is clean and comfortable, staff is nice and helpful, mostly located in a nice and safe neighborhood, they just have all that we need when traveling with children. Keep up the good job!

Anyway, it's really delicious staying here. Book time explained that the view of the city. It turned out that after checking in we were given a view of Victoria Harbor. It feels so good. Tomorrow, if you go to HK, you want to stay here again. Very clean for cleanliness. don't get bored staying here. Thanks ibis HK.

Our view is amazing as our room's window is facing the bay area. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, Us being first time in hongkong were very pleased the way they answer our silly questions, like about on how to get to most attractions and transportation. They can also store your luggages for free if your flight is late and still want to go around the city.

Like the fact that it’s near the west tunnel, can get to Kowloon easily if need to take taxi, near to Macau ferry terminal. However the bathroom water tends to drain very slowly, I gather it’s because the shower area is very small. Overall it’s a good stat 👍👍👍

The first room we were given had a strong smoking smell. We were given another room which was better but with some sewage smell still. The bathroom was not clean, and the shower floor had the drainage positioned higher so the water couldn't go well. The bedding was not very clean either. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

Hotel was fine, you get what you pay for. Location was great we walked to most places or took a short uber ride. The rooms are small not an issue, the bed felt like I was laying on a piece of plywood. Shower and bathroom extremly small. The elevators were confusing, not all of them go from ground to top floor. Had to switch halfway down if you got the wrong one. The gym was small, only one guest at a time so limited times to workout.
