This was our fourth return visit to this fantastic hotel. Our party had three horizon club rooms. We can highly recommend this level as the horizon club hospitality is outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast and evening buffet in the lounge everyday and the food and drink were of extremely high standard. The staff Hayden, Max, Buddy, Cattie, Janis, Hebe Yau, Jessica, Kit, Elisa, Wing, Hebe Ho and Tony were very professional and courteous. They all worked hard in the 8 nights we stayed ensuring our drinks were topped up and all our needs met. We had two birthdays during our stay and the staff arranged two birthday cakes with cards and photos. This was an amazing touch and greatly appreciated by our party. A special thanks to Janice, Elisa, Wing and Tony.

We had a harbor view room with a glorious view of the harbor and Hong Kong waterfront. Extremely easy to get on the subway and bus to the HK side and Stanley market. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Town.

Excellent property enshrined in history and prestige. Grew up hearing about the place but when you enter you get a mix of timeless character and elegance with modern amenities. If you are in Hong Kong, I highly recommend staying. Plus, there is a nice view of the promenade which lights up at night and makes for a great photo.

Amazing place with incredible views

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room attendants are very good. Buffet breakfast is out of this world with huge variety to choose from. Hotel is a bit dated but well kept and maintained as Shangrila should!

The hotel is conveniently located in Kowloon next to the metro and conned to a walking bridge to get to the walkway around the bay with fantastic views and points of interests. A 15-minute pleasure walk along the bay will get you to the ferry terminal to go to Hong Kong central side across the bay.

Wonderful hotel stay for our 30th anniversary! The staff made it super special for us by decorating our room and providing champagne, fruit, chocolate and tea. In addition the hotel is beautiful and a spectacular view of the harbor.

Excellent from start to finish breakfast buffet was amazing best I have seen in HK. Really nice stay in club suite. Big and roomy. Maybe a little old fashion but everything was great ! Would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, cleanliness

Staff were incredibly friendly and professional right from check-in. Property was very clean and well laid out. Rooms were very nice and well sized breakfast was very good with many food options. Area was very convenient to be able to walk to a ton of places. I would definitely stay again.
