The hotel is clean. The staff is great. They have packed breakfast for me since I left before 5AM. Restaurant includes on the bill the service tax but they do not tell you that… besides that all is great! I highly recomand it.

What a joy. Perfect place to spend a night for an early morning flight. Nice drinks and food. Service was impeccable. Room was comfortable. Bed good and bathroom had plenty of room to move, including the shower. Well worth a visit. Takes the stress out of getting a 4am cab or shuttle.

The shuttle bus was an excellent bonus, running every half hour to or from the airport for free. The free breakfast was more than adequate with a good spread of eggs, sausage, bacon etc and fantastic continental fayre. Room was clean and fit for purpose, the only complaint was the music fed by the hotel to speakers right outside the bedroom doors. This music was on most of the day from 6am til late and was repetitive and full of bass, it woke us up in the morning.

A/C did not work No screens on the windows There 2nd building that you see first when you come from the the airport had no one there and no sign indicating that you have to go to the other building to register The shower head is very low, you have to duck down to wash your face or hair

I booked the hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and also that it provides a free shuttle service from the terminals. I photograph aircraft as a hobby which was the reason for my visit to Budapest and could not fault the hotel or the very helpful staff.The shuttle was used several times over my stay and is a big usp.

The wi-fi was very poor for the most part, barely loading simple webpages--this is not acceptable for a four-star hotel in the 21st century. Positives included the airport shuttle included in the room price, the minibar, kettle and free bottled water. The breakfast had a great selection of hot options and coffee, pastry selection and juices were, however, poorer.

It is an older hotel, so carpet is older, and there is odor in the shower, which spread throughout the room, this is the part that really bothered us. The common area including breakfast area is otherwise very clean and tidy.
