Hotel Clark Budapest - Adults Only

One comment to hotel management team to take action asap. Hotel staff asked to pay for parking €28 while my booking via Expedia was clearly offered as free valley parking… no extra charges!! No upgrades When I reminded hotel staff & requested full refund for being charged €28 they agreed but funny thing until today funds wasn’t refunded to my credit card!? This happen to me now twice so travelers should be aware!! Hopefully by the time I visit hotel my refund arrives:) thanks for the bottle of wine in the room anyways Happy Easter!

Good breakfast choices, continental selection as well as hot food and menu. Rooms were very comfortable, excellent view over the Chain Bridge. Staff were excellent in all areas. Great location for city exploring. Away from the busier areas of Pest. Dinner menu good but quite expensive. An excellent hotel, would recommended for couples.

Stunning hotel in an excellent location for room views of the Danube and the main attractions, bars & restaurants. The hotel provided a wonderful rose petal decoration for my wife’s birthday on our arrival that was really lovely.

The location was perfect. I walked to Fisherman's Bastion and then across the bridge to Parliament. Every morning I had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant at with the bridge in my direct view. It was beautiful. The staff was professional and helpful. This hotel made my stay there wonderful. Boutique and modern all at the same time. Location is perfect.

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly. We got a room with the view on the chain bridge. It was magnificent at any time of the day. Very easy to work everywhere to Buda or Pest. Very nice Italian restaurant nearby by (Leon). We found the roof top a bit pricey but overall, very nice. Bathroom was a bit small and not the most functional for shower. I also stayed at the Mariott. The Clark is much more boutique/VIP feeling.

Nice stay, night service lady was pleasant and consistent. Dont know what her game was. 🤔 Cleaners stole my dressing gown.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, beds so comfortable and the staff and service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, well designed and in walking distance of everything.

Lovely hotel

The best location in Budapest, rooms on the small side but hey that view! The rooms were super comfortable and service was superb. Be aware you need to book the rooftop bar/restaurant in advance and it is run by a separate company, although reception will assist with your booking. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Excellent experience and right at the centre of Budapest Castle. Staff and service are excellent and very friendly. Have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels in Budapest before and this was a much friendlier and inviting stay. Must book have a drink at their roof top terrace restaurant, the drinks are excellent and the view is epic!

Two beds as per request wasn’t ready instead of 19:00 pm arrival time Staff didn’t offer or wasn’t able to valley park car saying elevator to small to fit car into and said I can park on street for free during weekend instead of helping to valley park or direct where? Staff didn’t offer free vip valley as per Expedia offer Hotel has nice lobby amazing view and clean but in room 506 there was noise from water or savage pipes each time someone flashed toilet on higher floor

This hotel has the wow factor wrapped up. From the first step inside the front door, your eye is attracted to the modern opulent and tasteful decor. Check-in was hassle free with a very warm and friendly welcome. The professional attitude and friendly demeanor of the staff exuded from every member of the team; a rare quality these days. The premises are spotless, and rooms a credit to the housekeeping team. The evening turn-down service was a treat, with the most delicious chocolate. Well located and within walkable distance of the castle district, visiting the Buda and Pest districts could not be easier with bus and tram routes close by, if walking is not you thing. This is a must visit hotel and if unlucky enough to book a room when visiting, try to reserve a table in the rooftop bar. A reservation is necessary even for guests; a popular spot. A good choice of hot and cold/ continental fare awaits your arrival for breakfast with optional orders available on request. Whenever you choose, take a seat in the bar area, select your favourite tipple, from a well stocked range of brands, or pick a cocktail and watch the experts prepare your drink with flair. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but I imagine word will get out about this fantastic spot very soon.

The room, hotel and staff were all superb. Will certainly stay again.

Unfortunately, my stay at Clark’ hotel was far from ideal When I got to the room it smelled bad, I’ve been told it’s the sewage issue when the water was closed for couple of days - the solution to open the balcony door to ventilate ( it was about 1C or 34F outside). Coffee machine was broken. Noise from outside chiller or generator ( couldn’t figure out which one it was) went on all night long. Would I ever go back to this place - I guess not!
