KViHotel Budapest

The staff were all extremely helpful whether it was assisting in booking a Danube River cruise, or recommending restaurants, pubs or even the best place to exchange money. We were very pleased with our stay. Newer modern hotel - clean, safe and quiet!

Decent hotel. Not really smart though, ok for a short stay.

Reception very good, good breakfast, confortabile and nice room buy not totaly darknessed during night and heating not modifiable with the app. Positive. but in week end nights too noises area

Our stay was an enjoyable and pleasant. It was a great place to end our holiday travels. Lots of restaurants easily walkable from the hotel. We walked everywhere during our visit. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. Someone was always available for our needs or requests.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they enjoyed the stay during a city break in Budapest. It was a little complicated to book a smart hotel for them, since they are in their 70s, but we managed eventually and staff were helpful as well. Thank you

Brilliant little hotel. Very comfortable. Very helpful staff. We would come here again. My only minor gripe was the milk available in the breakfast restaurant. It tasted horrible.

The staff was really attentive to our needs. They were very helpful and knew what they were doing!

KViHotel was located in a good part of Budapest. There were lots of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the Metro. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The windows however were not sound proof. We struggled to sleep on the Saturday night as we believe there was a bad located outside. The following nights were quieter. Disappointingly, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, which we believe is the bare minimum. The Bluetooth key system could be fiddly sometimes but worked okay overall.

Great location, staff were very friendly. Room were clean. My smart card didn't work but the member of staff provide me with a room card. Located closed to all what you need for drinks and food.

Great hotel, I had a lovely stay here. Very clean and modern. Staff were great. Only bad thing was that the walls are very thin, we could hear people talk on outside the hotel and could hear people in the adjourning rooms. But overall, great hotel!

I’m going to keep this simple. The location was perfect. The hotel in general was really nice. However. For what this hotel is, I was expecting more in regards to details. One of my biggest issues is when a hotel does not quality control their rooms. I can tell that the service being supplied by the workers there in regards to cleaning rooms is probably going to be subpar. Meaning corners are cut. And I can only say this from what I saw when I was there this past weekend in April 12 through the 15th 2024. I found something wrong in my room, I’ll bet you there are many other rooms just like it. For one thing, something so simple as the toilet paper dispenser. I don’t know what happened, but it was screwed into the wall with probably one screw and then caulked Cheaply. I have a picture to upload if it lets me. There was a piece of sheet rock missing to the right side of the toilet, and it just looked ridiculous. When I lifted the toilet seat, I saw yellow, and dark, yellow, dry urine around the under rim. And probably a quarter inch speck of dried poop. I was not happy with it, but I didn’t realize it until the third day there. I actually went to one of my colleagues room up on the sixth floor in a really nice space. And her toilet paper dispenser was exactly like mine. I said to myself this is what they are passing off and are happy with. SMH! More attention to detail and better workmanship, and fellness needs to be addressed. Front desk staff were fantastic.
