Quality Point Apartments 0-24 reception

We booked a two bedroom and the second bedroom was very tiny without window or air conditioning. Gabriel very kindly gave us a choice of two other apartments. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The area has many restaurants within walking distance and nearby reliable public transportation. (FYI-everyone age 65+ ride free!) We requested housekeeping to remove trash and provide clean towels on day three but they didn’t. Day four we took our trash to the front desk and asked for a replacement trash bag. Never got more towels during our stay after asking twice.

The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the property, we were informed of a plumbing issue that rendered the original apartment unavailable. Instead, we were placed in a substitute apartment approximately 1 kilometer away from our initial booking. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation was noticeably older and did not match the quality of the one we had reserved, which we had paid for. Additionally, the parking space at the new location had a lower clearance, and our vehicle couldn’t fit unless we removed our Thule box—something that hadn’t been necessary with the original booking. We received no prior notification about this change, nor were we offered a partial refund to account for the downgrade.

Good location. Quiet, tidy and comfortable room. Wifi was terrible despite resetting several times.

This property had a GREAT location & was quiet, comfortable bed (4 nite stay) but it lacked in some regards. The front desk wasn't friendly/helpful. They couldn't advise on how to work the stovetop & there were no directions. No basic kitchen things.. salt/pepper. 2 coffees for 4 nites, pans were old/stained, freezer no ice/needed defrosting. Washer EXTREMELY loud. Shower leaked. Apartment was spacious with great location but could've easily been better especially with regard to front desk kitchen equipment

The facilities were very comfortable and we knew exactly what to expect. It was helpful that the desk was staffed 24/7 to enable us to leave luggage after arriving early in Budapest in the morning. Check in was only between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, which meant interrupting our sightseeing to come back to check in. With the desk being staffed all the time, I don't see why they could not be more flexible.

Location was perfect. At the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions such as New York cafe, ruins bar, metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Some small details needs an uplift but it was totally fine. We didn't have any problem. Super comfy like our own house. Also very quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great small apartment.

Great 2 bedroom apartment. Ikea modern with everything you need. Small balcony and 20 steps to a ton of delicious dining options. We walked to everything except the thermal bath area which was 10 mins on metro. Parking was expensive but underground and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a full studio thats central and clean. This is your spot.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They were able hold our luggage before and after checkout. A great location, near the metro, many great eateries and attractions. Appreciated access to laundry.

Smooth check in very spacious apartment

Did not find initial contact on arrival particularly friendly. On entering the apartment I could smell smoke. Opened windows and waited but could still smell it. So back to reception and was offered alternative. I asked if it was nice which was confirmed. It turned out to be a studio not an apartment. I complained about this. Eventually they offered for me to stay in this one night and be moved to another apartment the next day. That night I could hear loud conversations and laughter from neighbouring apartment. At midnight I phoned reception to ask them to speak to the people and incredulously it was suggested I should do it to which I said I'd prefer if they did it. Obviously the noise didn't stop till indeed I did go and ask them for quiet...... Moved to new 2 bed apartment the next day which admittadly was much better. However the slats on main bed were broken. I informed them of this but an effective repair still wasn't made on my departure 2 days later. Overall the apartments felt tired and in need of a refit.

Modern apartment with a beautiful courtyard! Great to have a couch, kitchen, washer, and bed! Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and seeing the sites!

The reception smiles and is kind. Arrive in time for the coordinated shuttles. WiFi works well. Excellent location. A small TV in the living room that makes a disturbing hum. Wet towels were not replaced upon request but on the third day. One room out of two was without air conditioning and the other room was air conditioned but without a remote control to operate it. Washing machine smelled bad and could not be used. One room had such a hard bed that we felt asleep on the ground and had to sleep in the living room.

The apartment we had booked which is in the picture was nothing like we had. What we got was a room half the size we was expecting. Looking at the picture in the advert we was really looking forward to staying here only to be very very disappointed.

Both Gabor as well as the receptionist girl are great and fairly flexible. We have come back to Quality Point Apartments already a few times for business purposes. The apartments with the "queen bed" (that are not queen rather double) are still in good condition while the studio flats are quite lived down and filthy. The Japanese garden with the four turtles is a retreat when One is heading through the inner courtyard. On the contrary, we spent a week the last time at the facility and therefore have left a HIGH amount of money to the business for a studio. We were given a flat this time overlooking Paulay Ede street where worthless massively drunken English (both boys and girls groups that have been visiting the VI. District of Budapest for pub crawls and hen/stag parties for years) (and German) groups every evening until dawn were screaming and shouting every day that in particularly unnerved both my Hungarian Israeli wife and myself!!! On the top of this, for the amount of money that we left to the business, the bathroom was STINKING UPON ENTERING THE APT, the toilet was greasy outside ALL OVER, the mirror in the bathroom and of the wardrobe were stained ALL OVER - we had to clean all of them! ALL IN ALL THE FLAT WAS OF THE UTMOST FILTHY!!!! As we WERE REGULAR CUSTOMERS UNTIL NOW WE DECIDED TO NEVER COME BACK TO QUALITY POINT AGAIN AFTER THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. Inexpensive. Why? You want to waste my time? Keep it simple!!!
