Excellent hotel. Great location, easy to walk to activities like whale watching, Flyover Iceland and the Lava show. Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lockers for stowing your luggage.No parking onsite, but plenty near by.

Hotel staff were very helpful with a variety of requests. The location is great for activities from the harbour and it is a very short distance from one of the standard tour bus pickup stops (including the bus to and from the airport.) I found it much quieter at night than staying in the central shopping district. The coffee shop within the hotel is also excellent.

Loved this hotel, very comfortable and great staff, walkable to all parts of Reykjavik. They are doing construction next door and it was loud in the morning with the window open for air flow, but not the hotel's fault

We absolutely loved our stay at Grandi. The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They lend us lockers to store our luggage so we can go on our post cruise day trip 10 days after check out. We are really grateful. Thank you Grandi and Team!
