Windows were cracked and let in alot of air. Floors dirty. No smokes alarms

Good location. Good facilities, had dishwasher and oven which I wasn’t expecting. Clean, tidy and good for 4 people, 2 adults 2 teens. Also you could get more dishwasher tablets, washing up things and bin bags Or borrow an iron from a central place

Everything was top notch. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay emmencely.Thank you.

Spacious apartment with everything you need and free parking

All good, but a few basic things were missing: - paper towels - kitchen towels - soap in one of the bathrooms (like, why?..) - salt for cooking would be good. Also, we had to run up and down stairs with luggage, walk long corridors only to discover that there were three entrance doors to the property. More clear instructions would have been appreciated.

Our stay was excellent. Easy check in, we arrived very early morning, were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and were allowed an early check in too which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean and nice, comfortable bed, we liked having a kitchenette and Nespresso machine. Location is very walkable.

Great location, clean room, everything you need in the kitchen to get by. Refills of everything easily accessible. Free car park was great and lots of available spaces.

Good little room with kitchenette. Had a nespresso machine which was very handy. It was very minimal, it could have used a rack or hanger in the bathroom

I really liked the automatic check-in — it helps save time. However, I would like to point out that upon arrival, the room was overheated to the point that even after opening the windows and lowering the heating, it was too hot to sleep at night. Street noise came through the open windows, so I had to close them and sleep in a hot room. Additionally, the refrigerator didn’t cool — it froze. As a result, the vegetables I placed inside were ruined, and the beer froze. I had to throw these items away. Also, I couldn’t turn on the TV using the remote control, so I didn’t watch it at all during my stay. I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I paid for comfort and you did not deliver it.

Great place and location.

Room very basic but has everything you need. Quite warm inside so we had windows open which can be noisy although didn’t bother us. Location great for getting into all the city’s attraction and excellent free parking outside.

Clean place. Easy check in. Good location. Has all you need for a few days in Reykjavík.

Thankyou for providing incredible customer service, response time was almost immediate throughout the day. I feel certain aspects of the cleaning can be better, radiator vents had a ton of dust inside, above door frame had dust hanging from it as well a the dirty sponge used for dishes under the kitchen sink. Outside landscaping can be better, however I enjoyed my stay and it was in a good area within walking distance. Just remember if you’re catching the transportation bus back to the airport, walk down the street to bus stop 13 by Center Hotel. Again excellent customer service from messaging.

small room. poor ventilation. bad view. well equipped kitchen. split bed. hot shower with good water pressure. close to bonus and down town/waterfront. good place to get over jet-lag. nothing fancy.

Walking distance to town centre.

A very enjoyable stay. The apartment was ideal in terms of location and space. A short walk away from the heart of the city and coach drop offs to the airport and tours. Communication on how to access the apartment and other instructions was very clear

Great location

Code to room didn’t work at first. Called the number that hotels.com offered and they gave us the proper code right away. Great place, would definitely stay there again!

The room did not come with a bath mat or face cloths. Had to use hand towels. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was nonfunctional; looked nice but not wired in. No towel hooks or racks to hang wet towels. The outlet in the kitchen where the coffee pot was was not working. We made coffee on the bedside stool where there was a functional outlet. Two of the 4 light fixtures were nonfunctional. Soft saggy mattresses with poor foundation and frame. Inadequate window covering with just a blackout curtain and no shade. The extremely dirty windows offered at least some privacy from buses and pedestrians walking by. We could see the faces of folks on the bus! The TV functioned on an YouTube platform but there was no instructions on how to use it. Our efforts to address concerns (3 times) with the virtual front desk were unsuccessful without any follow up. We blundered through our 3 night stay and very happy to leave!
