Phenomenal apartment with superb views. Hotel luxury.

Hotel was fantastic and the team who looked after us were amazing! View was stunning and enabled you to see much of the city which was lovely during the light festival. Really close to town and easy to get around from there as also on the main pick up/drop off route for tour companies. Room was spacious and loved the shower after a day out exploring. Breakfast was amazing and always delivered exactly on time and a great mix of yoghurt, fresh fruit and every day different meats and cheeses! The bed was super comfy and felt like we were sleeping in the clouds (with the suites being on the 20th floor). Was the most silent and relaxing holiday we have had and loved getting to sit in bed and watch the snow fall on the city. Was bliss

Panoramic ocean view suite is super spacious, located at 20th floor with unblocked spectacular view of Atlantic ocean. We're lucky to view northern light from comfort of my room as we didn't catch one during our aurora tour the night before. Hotel staff helped tailor our trip and took care of our requirements even before our stay. They responded to our email almost instantly every time we emailed our requests. Breakfast was served in a big trolley cart to our room with wide variety, quite a surprise to us.

Amazing stay. Impressive views, the room was spacious, unique, modern yet comfortable, super clean and quiet. Staff was awesome.

The staff was great prior to arrival. When we used Google maps to get to the hotel, it took us to a building with limited signage for the tower suites. We walked into the building lobby and did not find anyone down there (we later found an elevator around the corner of the lobby). We had no instruction where to park and finding the entrance to the hotel was very confusing. We saw some reviews mention they received an email prior with instructions where to park underground, but we did not. Parking was approximately $4 an hour, not included in the hotel room price. We were able to reach the hotel via email from Expedia which was helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. They do not offer room service which seemed odd. As we came back from dinner, the code reader in the parking garage did not work. We pulled and pulled on the doors, trying different angles of the card. Eventually out of desperation (no one answered the chat via Expedia we had used), my husband was able to brute force doors apart. We got up to the tower suits and saw a sign that no one was on duty and to call the number if we needed assistance. We were not aware that people were not always on duty and we would need to call if we required assistance. The staff apologized profusely the next morning for the issue with the door. They were polite and kind. We went to the restaurant they recommended in the lobby of the building, the waiters ignored us completely. Overall okay stay.

Absolutely phenomenal! Kelly and the whole team were so attentive and made my mom’s birthday trip incredibly special.

Wonderful place. Great care team. We were met at the parking lot and our luggage was taken upstairs by the host. Delicious breakfast every morning to the room. Comfortable bed ( firm), blackkout curtains, great rest every night, which was important as I was driving a lot during the day. Quiet, clean and spacious room with an outstanding view at the city. Highly Recommend Tower suites to travelers.

Truly an exceptional experience. Staff was extremely helpful and positive. They made a consistent effort to be of service...making an extra effort to allow early check-in after a long and tiring international flight. Great amenities in the common lounge used by only 8 suites. Only issue is that it is difficult to find--not well marked outside, so recommend calling for instructions on how to find at street level.

Amazing property and possibly the best hotel in Reykjavik

We came in after 5:00 pm and there was no one at reception upon entering the building. Fortunately the receptionist upstairs checked her email after a while and came down to get us. She was very polite. The room had spectacular views and was very clean.

Kassandra took amazing care of us when we got there and our room wasn’t quite ready for us in the morning. She booked us a reservation to have lunch downtown and also told us where to go see things! Will definitely be back
