We had a great stay here for three nights. The cabins were in a great location on the beach front and the staff were superb, especially Pawel who served us each evening. The food was very good, the highlight being the seafood BBQ each night, where you could choose which fish you wanted and the way you wanted it done on the BBQ. Would definitely recommend, and if at Palolem Beach again, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Cuba Premium Bungalows in Palolem at the end of our 2 week holiday in India. Our idea was to enjoy some rest and beach time at the sea, so we paid extra for partial sea view bungalows (they didn't have full sea view bungalows). There is nothing premium about the bungalows and paying extra for partial sea view meant looking out directly at the restaurant (the bungalows are right behind the restaurant). We were a little bit disappointed as literally all other beach huts and bungalows in Palolem are cheaper and located directly at the beach with proper sea view. However, the biggest disappointment for us was the noise and lack of sleep and rest due to it. Palolem has a lot of lively beach restaurants and bars, but is very quiet at night because they all close at 11 PM... all except the restaurant/bar at Cuba Premium Bungalows! Their official closing time was also 11 PM, but they kept playing loud music and serving alcohol and food to loud shouting drunken guests even at 1AM, with no regard whatsoever for the bungalow guests who expect to get some rest and sleep at night. The stuff was not only ignorant to this situation, they were also dishonest: on check-out they tried to charge us for some food and drinks at the restaurant (bill stamped at 1:15AM), when we intentionally didn't eat or drink there during our stay. If you want to have some rest during your holiday in Palolem and not be overcharged, AVOID Cuba Premium Bungalows by all costs.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cuba Premium Bungalows.. it's a very conveniently located hotel right in the middle of Palolem's beach strip. it is definitely worth paying for a room with a view towards the beach. Hotel staff were at all time courteous and accommodating. food service provides a variety of Indian, Chinese, Italian and even Mexican cuisine most of a very reasonable quality. The hotel lacks some of the bells and whistles of larger establishments but all the ingredients are there for a very enjoyable stay.

Staff was Wonderful! We chose the Premium Deluxe Huts which are A/C, Nets, etc. Unfortunate Hotels & Web did not indicated the units were up on stilt platforms. Due to my disability I cannot climb steep stairs to reach them. Everything was fully booked, but the scrambled to find me a replacement hut looking out on the beach thru the outdoor dining area. Sand made it difficult to walk but staff bent over backwards to help me navigate. They are great people.

Incredible location, right on the beach. Loved enjoying the free breakfast right on the beach, and then just going down to the sun chairs and taking advantage of the great service from the staff. However, you will get a much better rate if you book onsite rather than making a booking online which is very frustrating. Worst thing: Poor internet and they change they wifi password 2-3 times per day!!!

Arrived here at night with some confusion to the fact there are 2 Cuba bungalows. It was resolved and after a short escorted walk we arrived. Not sure how but the two of us were put in a family room, a two room bungalow, can't complain. The staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were basic but had an efficient air con and hot water. Great beach location, lots of choice for somewhere to eat and drink and lots of local stalls to browse. Good prices and a lovely spot to watch the sunset

We checked in on 25th Dec 2015 and checked out on 29th Dec 2015. The hotel had no parking space as we found it out when we reached the hotel. With no parking at the hotel we were told at the reception to park at the public parking lot around 1 km away. After a heated argument about the same, they arranged for parking at one of their properties which was around 200 mtrs away. The room that we checked into had a broken glass window and the bathroom had a few dead insects. Only after having yet another argument they agreed to shift us to the neighbouring room but the next day as they were sold out. Staff at the reception is very unfriendly however at the cafe mostly of them are very friendly. Almost all of the cafe staff would greet you every time you visit and would have a chat about the food we had the last time we visited. The cafe has multiple seating options for you to choose from and has a barbeque stall at night where from you can choose your favourite fish and have it made your way. This hotel is on the palolem beach and its a very beautiful place to be. The beach is calm, clean and not crowded. You can rent a kayak or a motor boat. A must visit place in Goa, however if you are taking your owned vehicle, check whether the hotel provides you with a parking space or not as many of them are located on the beach and have no parking space.

To describe this place in one word, I'd say AMAZING. I went with my family to Palolem Goa in March and stayed at Cuba Premium Beach Bungalows for 3 days and I must say this place made our trip wonderful. The cottages have very nicely constructed and neatly maintained, the sea facing ones are brilliant. Its really relaxing to sit in the balcony attached to the cottage facing the sea. Food in this place is also great, most visitors stop by their restaurant for candle light dinner by the sea. What I liked the most is the service here. Everyone working in Cuba were so friendly and hospitable and educated. We had an issue with our booking on the day of our arrival and Mr. Mitesh (from Cuba Beach Resort) helped us out immensely to get us the room type that we were looking for. We liked the place so much, so we extended our stay and Mr. Lenin and Ms. Gunjan were so kind and responsible in offering us the room of our choice and also very hospitable throughout our stay. All the waiters in this place were on top of any issue we had or any help we needed. Overall we had one of the best trips to Goa this time and the credit goes to Cuba Beach Cafe:)

Stayed here for 5 nights in January 2015. Liked my colourful little beach hut very much but, hadn't realised in advanced that it was located in the busiest part of the beach. The noise at night from its own and neighbouring bars is disturbing if you are after a quiet relaxed evening. The staff were great - helpful and efficient. My hot water stopped working and was fixed within an hour of me reporting it. The food in the bar - when I could cope with the loud music - was very tasty and affordable. The cleaners were rather elusive so my hut built up a bit of sand inside. It's a great place if you're more inclined to party than to chill.
