Staff was very helpful and respectful. The room itself was not that great, the bathroom lights were flickering despite turning them off. The on site electrical engineer dropped by and got it fixed quickly. Luckily, it didn't cause any problems afterward during the rest of the visit.

It was an exceptional experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR. The staffs were polite, helpful, and professional. The breakfast spread could improve, but the quality of food served was excellent. This would be my go-to place during my future travel and stays.

The property is not visible and the rooms are too small for the price they are charging and View is fine from window, mattress are too old probably or needs a change because they were shaggy and slouching.

One of the worst maintained Marriott property I wud say. A pungent smell prevailing in the room and most part of hotel and the overall upkeep of the property was also fairly poor.

I am extremely disappointed with this property. Had a stay for 3 nights and was a nightmare. Out of a laundry list of concerns . Three major concerns
1. The rooms are tiny and have no kind beds. The information is incorrect.
2. There was no Hot water for shower
3. Bathrooms were awful and dirty. Previous guests hair all around in bathroom.
4. Housekeeping didn’t not clean the rooms on time major safety and hygiene concern.
The property Operations manager Naveen and Suresh acknowledged the issues but never bothered to circle back. Any feedback suggestion was neglected. Highly recommend to not stay here.

Can’t complain. Every working personal there greeted with such humility and great smiles. Prompt responses and AMAZING food and and the sambhar was FIRE! Whole heartedly recommend this gem.

Worst experience, staff is not so polite. They told us to park the car outside the property both the days. Wash basin was not working. Light is not working and took service does not respond. Poor customer experience
