Convenient location

Property is good.But to us no toiletries were given.no water bottle.no TV in room as promised at the time of booking.Resturant opens at 7 AM.so no tea before that.staff was not helpful

We liked the overall feel of the hotel. The room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, location was great and the food in the restaurant was very good. We struggled with internet - the wifi didn't work in the room and also in the communal areas it was mostly not great. Other than that - thumbs up!ery

Hotel Harmony is a decent place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright, as is the bathroom. There was however, no hot water in my room. There is little power outlet and they were in inconvenient places. The courtyard provide a nice quiet retreat from the scorching midday sun. It's located very close to the Western temple group and other tourist amenities (shops and restaurants) are all close by. Staff are friendly and provide helpful advice. My chief complaint would be the price and the amenities it provided for it but otherwise the stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Great for a budget hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful décor and inner garden. Basic but good especially value for money. A little noisy

Nothing fancy but clean good size rooms and decent service. It was nice to be in town near temples and restaurants and not having to use auto rics. Current road paving and construction should make it nicer

Bed was like sleeping on concrete! Otherwise not too bad- you get what you pay for. Within walking distance of the temples!

Hotel Harmony is situated just 300m from the most important tourist attraction of Khajuraho, the Western Group of Temples. The rooms are clean and the food is good too. The best part is the attitude of customer service by all the staff. I must particularly mention Mahesh's name in this context.

I had booked & payed a room online, when I arrived I was shown a quite depressing room without window, I had to pay almost 50% more to get a decent room with window. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there, staff very helpfull, food very good; solar hot water available after a few hours of sunshine.

Most enjoyable helped to see temples, dancing and meet a great artist

Harmony hotel is located within walking distance to the western group of temples. Its facility is rather plain and service unimpressive. The staff is more interested in selling you tours than treating you like a guest. It is an OK place to stay for its location and not much more.

Hotel is good, no more than 200m from the western temple; and the hot water is wonderful. Wifi is not free which is 50 rupees a day. The reception service is so so, and they give our personal info to the tuktuk driver....

well,when we checked in to hotel there was hardly any warm welcome.We were provided suite room however it was not up to the standard.The towels kept in bathroom were very old.Tissues were in bad condition.Room were smelly so we had to call housekeeping to use room fresh-nor.No complementary items in the room were provided like tea bag,kettle . Bath tube was not that clean

The pickup on arrival at the station worked even though the train was 1.25 hours late. A warm welcome was provided at 08.00 hours and a room was available after the efficient check-in. The tuk tuk driver who picked us up at the airport was engaging and knowledgeable so we hired him for half a day to reach the South and East Temples. Price was negotiated prior to departure. The Hotel room chosen was the basic AUS $15 one and was perfectly fine for one night. Simple and old bathroom with hot water worked fine. Free wifi worked in the room ( first one on the ground level from reception). A very large bed, effective mosquito screens on the windows, open courtyard, mosquito repellent gadget plugged into the wall which when switched on emits repellent to insects, friendly hosts all made the stay enjoyable. The restaurant served good food at good prices. For the train journey on departure, we ordered a variety of food to take out and this was prepared and packed well. The pick-up from the station was not included in the room price but that's OK given the cost of the room - allow 150-200 rupees each way. Recommended stay for short period.

It was my mistake for the reason that i got confused with the discription of the hotel as if all room are AC. I booked for non-ac room only after going through room discription which state that air conditioning is available. I had to upgrade the room at the sole discretion of the hotel. May I suggest that your agency should also go through the contents and show alerts. However my overall experience with hotel harmony was satisfactory

Very clean exterior ( beautifully painted). Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a VERY smelly matress ( urine). They only offered air freshner as they had no other rooms avail. When I advised I was leaving a new room was avail. Next day was very busy and they said we had to leave or pay very high rate. We had prepaid 1 night and advised of needing 2 nights at same or better rate..after asking for a manager to conform rate we were given better rate. We also found that the many young boys working at the hotel all want to go to arrange your train tickets for you for huge premiums. Unfortunately we had met the wrong people and one of the night managers told us to report one of their staff for trying to scam us. We think they should open their eyes. But as long as the hotel is listed in travel books and keeps up the great rating they will be fully booked and can charge whatever they can get!
