The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for payment. Finally agreed to wait for some days and call me.

Water in bathroom and toilet is not in force. Very difficult to take bath with such force. Never experienced such thing in other hotels.
