Rooms were spartan an old. Not very comfortable. Mold in shower. Not worth the $115/night. I stayed at the Taj, Hilton, Renaissance, and Radisson for less and much better rooms and service.

Room price is based on the location rather than the actual condition. Felt a bit overpriced just due to the fact that the rooms were not of great standard and also stairs walls on 4th and 5th floor got damp issues which must be paid attention too. Staff have been generally friendly but had to ring front desk on multiple occasions to get hold of someone. I stayed at the Lemon Tree because my usual hotel was fully booked. However, the proximity of the hotel to the offices that I was working from meant i could simply walk to work.
Everything about my stay was more that expectation and I would definitely stay again. If i had an issue at all, it was that the TV channels were not aimed at a non-India business traveler, as i really could not find anything to watch despite searching.....not even the IPL games which i had to go to the restaurant to watch.
