Great hotel. Very clean. The housekeeping staff do a great job keeping the room and property very clean. Great job done by Deepak ensuring my room was always clean, comfortable and all amenities needed were in the room.
The restaurant was spacious, clean and food was always delicious with great selection at meal times. The team in the restaurant were always welcoming, friendly and professional. Thanks to the food and beverage team particularly Ishwar Ojha, Khitai Chef, Surendar and Nilesh.
Hotel is only 1 minute walk from Worldmark. Highly recommended place to stay the next time in aerocity Delhi.

A superb place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. They have complimentary transfer to the airport by car
Long queue at check in. Long queue at check out with staff they had no idea of customer service
Annoyingly, the hotel doesn’t allow you to drink alcohol outside by the pool area. Only allowed indoors

I am 73. Some of the things in the hotel are NOT Sr. Citizen friendly.
1: The mattresses are too soft. Bad for back. (Not only Sr Citizens, no one should sleep on soft mattresses).
2: The wooden floor in the room is rather slippery.
3: The place to keep the bags is inadequate, and, is too low, hardly 15 inches from the floor. One has bend down to take things in/out of the bag. All this is bad for the back.
4: They provide water in glass bottles with a screw-cap. Sr. citizens lack grip. The caps are so tight, I had to call housekeeping to open it.
All the above 4 indicate little thought to Sr Citizen needs.
As for being eco-friendly - they replaced the razor every day. No need to do that. A new razor easily lasts a week to 10 days.
On the plus side, the staff is very friendly. They have a lovely swimming pool. I couldn't use it this time, a bit too cold, but I have used it when I often stay in adjoining Red Fox.

Nice hotel and helpful staff! Noodle bar excellent and Yash the bartender and waiter was very helpful! Only downside of stay was at night as housekeeping were cleaning rooms at night around us and extremely noisey! We went out at midnight and told them they were disturbing us but it still carried on😔 Hotel as a goodwill though have offered us complimentary taxi to airport as an apology. I would stay again just will ensure to disturbance at night next time

The hotel looks somewhat upscale from the lobby and the hallways but the rooms need updating or refreshing. The check in desk seemed to be staff mostly by new or inexperienced staff with one experienced staff assisting the new staff while helping a guest, leaving an inefficient check in and check out process.
