very flexible and helpful staff

Place was clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was very good

At first it was the room and outstanding food and service, but then the unthinkable happened. Emirates airlines refused my ticket without a new fit to fly after seeing a medical doctor during my travels. Even though a clinic stamp and talking to my doctor wasn't enough without and official form.The hotel let me check out again and helped me in every way.

Property was new

Not recommended for leisure or with family stay. It is too much of a business, corporate and airline staff accommodation. Always busy.

Nice hotel near airport for an early morning departure. Would consider staying here longer on my next trip. Very modern, very clean and great amenities

People are very kind and supportive always ready to help but the surrounding areas are not very nice it's Mumbai what can we expect but the hotel is 5 stars

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We upgraded (for only a little over $27 and received a spacious suite that included the best happy hour ever! Two hours of drinks, hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and very pleasant staff. Don't hesitate to book this hotel when traveling to the airport in Mumbai!

Love the hotel

Decent one night stay at the hotel, good service and clean room.

Property was great , staff all pleasant helpful. Having upgraded our room, we were disappointed that we could hear banging @ 11pm. Phoned reception who said they were doing a setup and the banging would stop, which it did just after midnight only to woken at 1:30am & 3:30am.

Was a good experience, check out was a little slow, fellow resident jumped in front of me in the line, there should be few employees to make sure that it doesn’t happen, or there should be express check out via app….. Also check in was slow…. I suppose there is no mannered way to check in , there should be designated makings on the floor to have proper line…

Overall great experience

The only unique selling point of this hotel is the distance to Terminal 2 of Mumbai airport. Otherwise it's just a standard business hotel. Asked for quiet room but got allocated one facing the metro, road and airport so it was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Yes, I know noise is an issue in most places in India. Rooms are new but its form over functionality. Why have a wet shower area right next to bath - so you can slip? Hard work trying to find switch to close blind in shower window. Air conditioning and fan could not be turned off so it was freezing at 20C with blast of cold air - had to call engineer to switch it off at the plant room. Madness. Buffet dining - choice was okay but could be better especially for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good though. Would I stay again? Only if I had to catch a flight and price was lower.
