An excellent stay. Good location close to the airport and metro link.

Was a good experience, check out was a little slow, fellow resident jumped in front of me in the line, there should be few employees to make sure that it doesn’t happen, or there should be express check out via app….. Also check in was slow…. I suppose there is no mannered way to check in , there should be designated makings on the floor to have proper line…

Overall great experience

The only unique selling point of this hotel is the distance to Terminal 2 of Mumbai airport. Otherwise it's just a standard business hotel. Asked for quiet room but got allocated one facing the metro, road and airport so it was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Yes, I know noise is an issue in most places in India. Rooms are new but its form over functionality. Why have a wet shower area right next to bath - so you can slip? Hard work trying to find switch to close blind in shower window. Air conditioning and fan could not be turned off so it was freezing at 20C with blast of cold air - had to call engineer to switch it off at the plant room. Madness. Buffet dining - choice was okay but could be better especially for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good though. Would I stay again? Only if I had to catch a flight and price was lower.

The staff and check-in were amazing Shout out to Avdhoot and Neha! I loved the server Sanket in the dining area, he kept the wine flowing. Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Overall wonderful property. The surrounding area is busy but close to the train. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and comfortable stay

A very smart and well run hotel with great food options and a really good location very close to the metro station and to the airport. Much better to use Uber rather than the hotels recommended taxi services however.

Nice hotel

We stayed one night at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport Hotel before a long flight to the UK. While there were some highlights, several issues left us disappointed. Positives: The rooms are spacious, providing ample comfort. We chose the half-board option, which was enjoyable with a good selection of dishes. The 12th-floor bar stood out—the Bloody Mary and beers were excellent, and the bartender was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Breakfast the next morning offered a variety of options, including freshly cooked omelettes, and check-out was quick and efficient. Negatives: After dinner in our room around 8 PM, we were disturbed by loud noise from an event on the upper floors. While reception said they’d check with security, it took two calls and 15 minutes to confirm an event was happening. We were offered a room change, which was appreciated but inconvenient. The new room, on the opposite side of the hotel, was quieter but had a terrible odour coming from the wardrobe, likely due to its proximity to a neighbouring bathroom. For a hotel of Novotel’s calibre, this was unacceptable. Conclusion: While there are positives—spacious rooms, great bar service, and a decent breakfast—the noise issues, inconvenient room change, and odour left a poor impression. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it until these issues are resolved.

This one is major surprise. A brilliant room totally worth the money. Perfect value for money with ideal location to the airport. The room I had was on 8th floor and it was really good. The bed, shower and sheer space in the room was great. Definitely would stay here again. The staff are also very nice. What I had for breakfast was little disappointing but having only spent one night here, I wouldn’t want to knock the breakfast down that much as I didn’t have the chance to try the other dishes. Apart from the airport nearby, there isn’t much great attractions in the nearby vicinity.

The rooms were excellent, breakfast good and the staff friendly. Am only marking it down because it was so noisy. There was a wedding late in the evening with music so loud the bedroom windows were rattling (and we were 5 floors below the wedding party). Other than that a good stay
