Great place to stay, vety close to the airport. Staff is very friendly and friendly and helpful. Siji at reception desk went above and beyond to arrange sight seeing tours.Dining staff was very helpful in preparing food to accommodate my needs. Hotel provided free trandportation to airport. I will certainly recommend this place.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Really good facilities and the pool was not crowded at all so it was all to my self One quick note, there were some insects in my room however due to the conditions and the climate I think this is fairly unavoidable. Would definitely recommend to others. K

Excellent value. Great location. Nice rooms. Good restaurant. Some needs: 1) more plug points to use laptop and USB for phone charging. 2) Would be nice if there was a Packed Breakfast option for travellers who have to head to the airport earlier than breakfast time. Buffet dinner was worth the price: the happy smiles and conversations of people from all over India and all age groups, gave unmistakeable testimony. Good and friendly and efficient staff. Yes, they provided airport transport on time for an early flight.

Rooms are dirty, absolutely no hot water. Used coffee maker to warm up water to take a shower. Bathroom and the shower curtains are very dirty.

Overall the stay was good. Ambience was excellent. Location is very close to the airport. Things which could have improved is the lighting in the room and bathroom fittings. Lighting in the room was poor and was a dim light. Bathroom taps and toilet flush have become old. It is functional though. Morning breakfast buffet was average, as I didn’t get much options even though I had informed them of my dietary requirements. It was a disappointment. Overall I will rate 3.5 / 5. Will recommend others as well.

The hotel was ok and the staff were helpful and efficient overall. The issue we had was that we needed a long distance taxi the next day and they pushed/arranged a travel agent who turned out to be unreliable. This messed up our plans and turned out to be costly.

Shower didn’t work, pool water wasn’t very clear and surface needed skimming dead bugs and debris flooding on top. Room was comfortable clean. Airport shuttle service was good.
