Most of the staff was great and helpful. Room was good and breakfast buffet was amazing. We didn’t have shower gel in the washroom when we got the room and when we addressed it, staff came to replace the empty shower gel. We also had dinner at the hotel we stayed and food was amazing. We had a phone call to our room and they said that we could get 20% off for dinner but staff didn’t honour the discount and refused the discount at checkout.

I did not like the curtain in the shower. There is too much gap between the curtain and the floor leading too much spill over of shower water. Shower space too narrow. The top shower is directly spraying water directly on the head as soon as one operates.

Clean and spacious room . Good amenities . Staff at the reception not very I domed about the timing of their restaurants as was told it is closed when booked in at 3 pm . The room boy who accompanied us to the room was more knowledgeable suggesting that Ala carte options are available late into the evening . Over all good stay

I stayed one night at "Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai City Centre hotel, i am not ok with the service and the maintenance of the bathroom. I did late check-in, once i did check-in front desk person helped me on getting into my room. Room was maintained well and it was good. We spent an hour and after that i went to wash room, I could see the toilet was used by someone and it was not cleaned and flushed. When i called the front desk they said they will send the person to clean. after some time this was solved. After an hour we tried to connect the Wifi it was not working. when i try to call the front desk they updated my Surname and asked me to login after refreshing the page. I tried the same way but that did not worked out. Since the bathroom was cleaned i went to the restroom again. to wash my hand i use the hand soap but there is no hand soap it was empty. When i tried the front desk multiple time no one picked up. I directly walk into the front desk at the midnight and informed about this. they said will be taken care. same time i checked about the Wifi they verified and they provided alternate way to use the wifi. Overall they Room was neat and clean and the Breakfast was nice and the service was good. Service and the treating the guest needs to be improved lot.

The rooms were clean, staff very helpful, good range of breakfast and loved the spa facilities.

Very courteous staff n amazing service

Doorman was so helpful. He supported us to guide taxi driver reaching properly to the hotel.

We had an incident where USD was stolen from the purse in our absence. We have filled a complaint with the front desk and they have acknowledged that the staff entered the room for sometime per the security video but didn't fine any USD. The hotel staff are unable to justify the reason for which the room was accessed. We are very disappoint as one they were very hostile when we reported, they even offered us some Indian rupees to compensate. It was terrible stay with the hotel. Please ensure you lock all the belonging. We trusted the hotel being 5star but not it's not safe.

Booked for my parents! They had a wonderful stay and the staff was very helpful for them. Thank you Radison for a wonderful experience. I recommend everyone to go with this hotel for any stays.
