Things which were not great
1. Bathroom are designed badly. Mirror and sink were in opposite direction. Find hard to shave
2. Room had basic things but missing core things like Safe, Iron
3. Room service was way to expensive.

Selected this hotel based on experience with other Radissons. The common areas and dining facilities were acceptable and the food was good. However, my room was not up to Radisson standards. The carpet was worn and had large stains. The sound-proofing was not good and noises from room next door and hallway were distracting. The rooms really need to be refreshed.
