Great ambience. Peaceful. Good location. Excellent service.

I had the privilege of spending three nights at Rajmahal Palace during my visit to India, and it was easily one of the highlights of my trip. I stayed at several well known hotels during my overall trip, but Rajmahal is the one I’ll remember most. Simplest way to describe it is: aesthetic, peaceful, royal oasis outside the business of Jaipur. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in felt personal, the staff were incredibly attentive, and every interaction felt sincere. The palace itself is stunning. Everywhere you look there’s another beautiful room, courtyard, or thoughtful detail. It’s also exceptionally clean, felt very safe throughout my stay, and is conveniently located just a short drive from most of the places you’ll probably want to visit while exploring Jaipur. The food was wonderful, I was introduced to puri bhaji, which quickly became one of my favorite breakfasts during my stay. Beautiful hotels are easy to find. What makes a place memorable is the people, and that’s exactly what Rajmahal Palace gave me. Thank you for making my time in Jaipur so special.

La vie de palais tout simplement. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent accueilli comme des rois. Check in express dans la chambre, personnel partout, professionnel et serviable. Nous avons séjourné deux une petite suite dans le “run of house”, decoration de l’époque impériale, lit très confortable et tout les essentiels contemporains dans un cachet ancien préservé. Les espaces communs sont grandioses avec une piscine magnifique et des transats d’époque. Un immense parc ceinture la propriété qui est un véritable havre de tranquillité au milieu de la ville. Le parc est aménagé à l’anglaise avec même deux terrains de tennis sur gazon! Le restaurant “Colonnades “ est fabuleux au petit déjeuner et au dîner. D’ailleurs le dîner sous les étoiles sur la terrasse gazonnée est un moment mémorable. Outre l’architecture palatiale et la localisation, le point fort de l’établissement réside en son personnel. Du bartender au serveur du restaurant en passant par les commis de la réception, tout le monde y met du sien pour rendre l’expérience extraordinaire.

This is one of the most spectacular hotels in which we've ever stayed (and we travel a lot). From the seamless and informative check-in to the most helpful staff, this is a place not to miss. Our Price of Whales suite was simply magnificent... beautifully decorated, spacious, and functional. The cleaning staff was never seen, even though the room was cleaned 2x/day. The outdoor seating for dinner was very beautiful with fire places placed strategically next to occupied tables. The service was spot-on, and we never wanted for anything. The breakfast room is gorgeous, as is the 51 Shades of Pink restaurant. The pool is nice too. The driver/guide we booked through the staff was excellent (Vijay) - must tour the private rooms at City Palace that only visitors staying at Rajmahal Palace can see. Beautiful. The Observatory is a must as well. And, Amer Fort. Oh, and don't forget to stop at a jewelry store for some precious gemstones! This property is truly special.

If you have the opportunity to stay at the Rajmahal Palace, take it. It doesn't get any better in terms of a boutique, charming, luxurious accommodation. The property is intimate and cozy but also sophisticated. The hospitality team is exceptional - they're warm, welcoming, and fantastic at anticipating your needs. It is one of the best stays I've had anywhere in the world.

Excellent experience. Only two areas of improvement suggested: 1. Lighting in the room needs improvement in terms of brightness. 2. Remove those alteration in tap for "Water Savings". That becomes nuisance while using.

This property is very quiet and the food is great but a very limited menu. Lounge areas are non existent and it is suitable choice only if you are intending to spend the day mostly outside the hotel. Spa is very small can take one customer at a time. Rooms are large but being a heritage property not everything works and the staff will tell you if you report issues the property was built in the 1700’s and there is not much you can do. I chose this because they have other properties in Arajastan and offer hopper deals moving between their properties- In reality I found it very difficult to get them to move days between the properties. They are not coordinated. Last but not least i had the most horrible time paying them and sll because they diid not have my bank as one of their acceptable banks. It was most unhelpful when the general manager of the property instead of finding solutions suggested I pay from an account with whom they have net banking facilities- I sid not know what to say….I spent 3 days being asked twice a day when I would make the payment and working with my bank HDFC to figure a way out; what frustrated me the most was I was dealing with this from May, one month before I came to the property. Now I have to stay st two more properties for the next 3 days…. In conclusion lovely unique properties from the heritage perspective, food is great but dealing with the payment aspect was bad enough that I will stick to known chains like a Taj or Oberai.

Impeccable service and attention by the Staff at a beautiful resort

This property was absolutely beautiful and the service faultless. The staff really looked after us and we felt at home! The different dining rooms were each very unique and the food was exciting.

The property provides a boutique experience of staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Its a beautiful property, centrally located. However, I think dining options can be more expansive. And, overall while we had a lovely stay, we did not find it worthy of room rates.

Disappointed by the service and food in this boutique hotel. Food menu is very limited and cooking is pretty average. Front desk staff are not smiley and friendly, very unusual for a palace hotel. Overall hotel has a very cold feeling. Also pest control needs to be done, lot of monsquitoes in the garden, when we dined outdoor, staff didn't prepare incense or repellent until we asked, then it came 10 mins later which we have been bitten badly already.

Truly a litle piece of perfection! An oasis in the heart of the bustling Jaipur. Very attentive and personalised service. The general manager and entire staff are very helpful and always ready to add to the premium experience. We had to go saree shopping for a wedding, and the GM's planned our outing down to a T. And even sent one of the staff members with to accompany us and give the driver shortcuts / directions in order to assist In finding beautiful outfits in record time! A must visit for all whom enjoy the 5-star boutique hotel experience. Probably one of the best Relais & Chateaus!

i had an excellent sty at Sujan Rajmahal. The hotel is exquisite and service beyond comparison. Loved all the maximalist, vivid interior design that oozes off Jaipur charm. Staff is very service-minded and exceeded expectarions. They put a persoinalized letter and a tour book by your night table. I dare say the best hotel in Jaipur!
