The Ramada can be proud of their warm and welcoming staff. The food was outstanding and the stay was most enjoyable. The pool and gym facilities were also very good. One suggestion would be weekly maintenance inspections to assure the room amenities are in working order. We found that the towel racks were loose from the wall and the tub leaked in one of our rooms and was missing the knob to select the tub.

The accommodation was good and close to Elante mall. The staff service in restaurent was good. Preety did amazing job and front desk staff was also good. Look forward to come back again .

Table lamp had open wires sealed using electrical tape.
Bare plywood on the bed headframe. Faulty flush in the toilet, kept dripping all night.

Overall its a nice well maintained property. It's clean and well positioned. The breakfast options were really good. However i had a concern on the quality of the mattress as one side of the bed was not comfortable and I even got back ache because the bedding was sinking in.

I stayed 5 nights, was first time in Chandigarh. Hotel is very nice, didn’t have very good experience. Staff definitely needs to be TRAINED well.
