I love the thoughtfulness put into each room (this is my third stay) like mosquito repellents placed discreetly in rooms, charging stations on both sides of the bed, a discrete night light which won’t shine light into your eyes, bed side rugs & bedroom slippers placed on them ready to slip on … sweet luxuries placed thoughtfully all throughout your stay and non intrusive staff. Love it.

Beautiful is an understatement. We enjoyed every minute we spent at the Leela Jaipur. Dinner at Mohan Mahal was very nice.
Front Office folks were little disconnected. Gave them specific information about my existing membership account for GHA/ Discovery, and still they didn’t follow through. Instead of adding the current stay to my existing account, they decided to open a new account under my name at Silver level, when I’m already a Platinum member. I share my information with four people at checkin and check out, they still failed me.
Regardless, the Leela is my favorite brand in India, which always delivers the utmost luxury you can imagine.

Horrible check-in experience. Our booking had mentioned free breakfast on Expedia, once we arrived at the property we were told that breakfast is not free and would be charged additional. Additionally, I had requested to do a surprise proposal for my partner, when I had initially inquired I was not aware that outside photographers were not allowed. I was made aware on the day of, and when I had asked if the Leela Palace had their own approved photographers they told me that their contract with the photographer had ended and nothing can be done further. This is completely unacceptable from a brand as large as the Leela Palace.

Beautiful property but you can see that some staff is not well trained in upkeep and at restaurants. However, our biggest irk was that we could not sleep well since rooms are centrally temperature controlled. Upon complaints, staff provided limited support or compensation.

We stayed at the maharaja Suite and i must say its worth every penny for the price you pay. Our butler rishin was amazing. He can sort anything out for you and is efficint and fast.
