My husband and I recently stayed at The Suryaa Hotel in New Dehli, and what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making to make our stay comfortable. It's rare to come across such consistent hospitality and it really stood out. Another highlight was the breakfast. It became an easy staple for how we would start our day and was consistently amazing! There was a great variety, everything was fresh with a little bit for everyone's taste preference. Overall while the hotel itself is lovely it was the people and the little touches that made our stay special. We'd definitely consider coming back again!

airport pick up- great!The driver waited 3 hrs. Then Chef Rana and Deepika at sence restaurant were great. Manager Rawat was very supportive. We are very happy though experience at the bar can be better - more bar snacks and the cocktails were not that good. The rest we are quite happy.

It’s an underrated hotel which is actually far better than Radisson or Holiday Inn in Delhi. I had a 4 day stay here with my family and the infrastructure and service is much better than many hotels in Delhi. It’s going to be my first choice on my next trip to Delhi for sure.

Excellent team of professionals facilitating a warm and welcome environment. Enjoyed the vast selection of food items for breakfast as well as dinner. The chefs are to be commended for the delicious and diverse fairs. The servers are very attentive and ensure ease of service at every meal. This applies to both Ssence and Sampan, the two restaurants on the property.
