Ok for a low budget accommodation

The room we booked was the deluxe one, the mist spacious they have but were given a smaller one . One could barely walk beside the bed.

Decent accommodations, good value. It’s just one floor in a larger commercial building, but well done up, and furnished. Not sure strong on English. Close and convenient to airport.

Not good very poor service not clean washroom and room

My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again.

Great food, good shower and comfortable bed. Looking a bit tired now with grubby towels and bed linen. Reception staff were not that friendly, but restaurant manager very friendly. Door keys not working either.

Booked 1 deluxe room with twin bed for 2 adult and received confirmation from expedia in mail after doing payment through credit card, but 1 room with just one big king size bed (not twin bed) was reserved at hotel. We had to take another one room paying 1800.

+ very close to airport ... good for a quick business trip. + Amenities provided are good. - room very small, and feel congested. - difficult to see the property in the night (may be a lighted sign will help)

The hotel staff and cleanliness were very good. There were giving branded toiletries. The dining room.too was cleanely maitianed. However, the complimentary breakfast did not have many menu options.

Great location for late arrival at airport. Plenty of place to eat. The staff were excellent and helped with everything we needed including arranging taxis. Breakfast was free with plenty of variety .

Excellent Service and Kind and all Good! Great Indian style breakfast!! But Unfortunately, There was bedbugs on the bed and walls. Need pest control!

The outside of the building and the entryway (leading to the elevator and the 2nd floor) is a little bit sketchy, but the hotel itself is surprisingly nice. The A/C works great. The beds are large and soft. The shower and bathroom are in good shape. The desk is the width of the entire wall in front of the bed. I had to ask for towels, although that seemed to have been just a minor oversight by staff. The internet is tricky, with a code and pw being given on a little piece of paper for each device (I asked for two).

Generally I don't like these chain hotels - but if I have to stay in one of them then Treebo is preferable to Oyo. The basic business plan is the same but, based on my experiences thus far, Treebo rooms tend to be slightly better standard and better maintained. This one was quite convenient to CCU airport - I got an Uber from the airport to hotel and an Ola cab back to airport and it was less than 10 minute journey. One drawback is the breakfast was 'pure vegetarian', and in India eggs are regarded as non-veg, so there was no source of protein, vegetarian breakfasts in India are generally quite unhealthy.

Some staffs work seriously and properly. But others are not good. They made big noise in the room next to reception. Room was clean, but telephone and towel aren’t prepared in advance. No hot shower. Location was good. It’s close to airport and some fast food restaurants. If you use bike taxi, you could go to some supermarkets. They’re so helpful to buy Daily necessaries and Souvenirs like Indian spices at a reasonable price. Maybe I would stay in this hotel if I have chance to stay Kolkata 1 or 2 days again. Bad behavior staff and cold shower are not rare. Treebo group is reliable. Actually, when I used treebo hotel in Jaipur, it was very comfortable.
