Wonderful establishment! Well located, but Killarney is an extremely walkable city. Jaunting cars right outside your door and great food served in both their pub/dining room and breakfast lounge.
Spotless, comfortable, nice sized room (we stayed in a twin).

Wonderful location. The room was small and did not have a/c, but they do provide a fan and the window could be opened. With the cool temperatures in Killarney, we were quite comfortable. I read reviews that the walls were paper thin, but we never heard a peep. Lovely breakfast each morning. All in all, we were very pleased.

This was our worse stay in Ireland. The staff was stuffy and curt. The room wasnt very clean. Room was hot and we couldnt keep window open as a street light blared through window. No waters were in the room. I had to go to front desk in the middle of night to get water since we were blazing. Halways smelt terrible. I wouldn't have complained but upon check out I was accidentally booked 2 nights, we checked out on time for a 1 night. Expedia called to get a refund on the extra night like the front desk told me to do. The management refused due to a 48 hour cancelation policy, but we booked the room the same day how could we cancel any sooner? The hotel was full and we checked out with plenty of time for them to sell the rooms that night. Crooks! The only bright spot was the restaurant attached which had good food.

Room was ok. Would have appreciated if water was available in the room.
The shower leaked quite badly.
We paid for a welcome plate of treats to be left in the room for arrival. This was forgotten. The receptionist apologised and made sure I wasn’t charged. It was a missed opportunity to offer an alternative gesture to make our stay special.
There is no dedicated parking here, we used the public car Park around the corner.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful interior/lobby, and the rooms were so nice. Had a jet tub, such a surprising bonus. The food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was outstanding! Perfect convenient location too.

The hotel was clean and charming with very accommodating staff and really good food. The room was spacious and we had everything we need. A working window is sometimes helpful when you get too warm. This hotel is in a great location for walking to many sites and transportation to and from is easy.
