This property offers transfers from the cruise terminal, airport, and train station (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
