Rooms were perfect for what you needed and very clean. Beautiful hotel in perfect location for nearby hikes etc. the breakfast was incredible, lots of options. Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely; staff are friendly and helpful; breakfast Buffett was HUGE! So many options including many vegetarian. Parking was easy and free. Bed was comfortable. Really a very nice stay!

Let me first write about the good stuff:
Breakfast: very good spread, lots of choices, good food.
Laundry on site! A blessing for travelers on multi-week trip.
Friendly staff.
I had lot of expectations based on reviews and the name. Other than self check-in not much “smart” about the hotel.
1. Triple room was just additional small bed added to standard room. All other triple rooms in Italy gave us much bigger rooms.
2. The only hotel in Italy (for that matter world) that did not offer coffee/kettle in room. Paid coffee offered downstairs (at least that should be free).
3. Charged for baggage storage when we arrived early. Again no other hotel in Italy did that.
4. Only 2 electric plug points in the room.
5. Really small safe.
For the price charged, the amenities were very limited, especially compared to all other hotels in Italy (we are on 3 week trip, so stayed in many hotels).

We loved the common areas and the restaurant. The amazing breakfast options were a treat! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was small and hard to navigate with three pieces of luggage - we managed but never got to truly settle in because the storage was lacking. We had a triple room and my 14 year old was on a “bed” that was too small. Again, no major complaints for two night. Great location and we liked the amenities the hotel provided.

We stayed at this hotel, at 11pm the power went out. We went to ask a staff and there was no one at the front desk. We had to sleep without AC or lights. We had to check out early at 7am and there was no staff at that time either. Hotel is beautiful but power issues are not a good experience for the price you pay.

Quiet location 15 min from Selva. Rooms were clean, in good condition and had all the core amenities

숙소는 안전하며, 주차가 가능합니다. 지하 주차장으로 안전합니다. 조식은 여러 가지 먹을 거리를 제공하며 다양하고 맛이 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 안전합니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐이 있어도 옮기기 어렵지 않습니다. 시내 교통도 편리하고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 있습니다. 시내로 갈 때 버스 한번이면 금방 도착합니다. 굳이 세체다 시내쪽으로 들어가지 않아도 여기에 머문다면 큰 불편이 없습니다. 다른 사람들에게도 추천하고 싶습니다.
